This cozy home is on a large corner lot below the bluff! This “Up North” home is conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown and the Zoll Street (Dog) Beach. Bring your furry companions along and enjoy playing fetch in the large private yard with charcoal grill and patio area. Inside you will enjoy all of the modern amenities includihg a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area for family style meals and comfy living room with cozy couches overlooking beautiful perennial gardens, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi throughout. The main floor primary bedroom has a TV with cable, full bathroom and patio door outside with views of the natural landscape. Head on upstairs to two large guest rooms, shared bath and a bonus room with twin trundle bed.

This is a charming older home in a great location of Harbor Springs. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough sheets & towels for our family. We also appreciated that there was space to park 3 cars in the driveway.

We were just in town for 2 nights but enjoyed our stay very much. This older home has many original wood features but also has many updates. We enjoyed wood fires at night in the yard under the stars.

Harbor Springs get away

Quaint little home at the end of the street. Walkable area, close to downtown. I would rent this again.

Quiet Location!

We all really enjoyed staying at this home. Its close enough to downtown but far enough away that it remains quiet and private. A nice walk to the water line as well as to downtown nightlife. The management was very responsive and attentive. We will be staying there again.

Great place!

Super quaint house, most likely built in the early 1900's with lots of character. All the important amenties were updated, so the best of both worlds. Close to Nubs/Petosky. Loved our stay!

Ski Weekend

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend up north. The kids took the bedrooms and loft upstairs and we got the downstairs bedroom. It was great having enough parking for 3 vehicles. The games in the living room were a hit.

This property had "goat" stairs that my mom, sister, and niece were under to go under down. They stayed and left 2 days early.

Easy breezy

Wonderful stay in the middle of harbor springs. Very comfortable for families with dogs and easy to host a few friends for an outdoor gathering. Only one watchout - the light fixture above the dining room table has very sharp edges (watch your head - it's easy to get hit if you're reaching for anything on the table) -- while it's cute, it should be removed. Otherwise fantastic!

The home is clean, well equipped, located a short walk to Zoll Beach, and minutes from downtown. Both the home and the outdoor space provide opportunities to relax and enjoy this vacation home. We have always found Graham Management very prompt in responding to our needs. We look forward to return visits to Crubaugh Moose Escape and working with Graham Management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. We walked to town daily. Love the tv room and games. Kitchen had good appliances and well stocked. Beds, mattresses, bedding, pillows very poor condition. One of the couples couldn’t sleep together in upstairs bed because mattress was so small. Single beds in upstairs room very uncomfortable. Bedding old. Pillows very uncomfortable. Towels old.

The Graham management office staff was most helpful and friendly (our experience over the years). We would recommend this home to others, and would love to rent it again.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Moose Lodge. We were within walking distance of all of the things Harbor Springs has to offer. The house was comfortable but could use some updates/repairs (needs blinds on front windows and back bedroom door, light bulbs replaced overall, replace mildewed caulking in master bath). The ability to bring our dogs was a real plus. We enjoyed the fire pit in the side yard.

The house was very clean and in good condition. It was just as the pictures showed. We arrived when it was cool weather but then the temperature went up considerably. Makala was incredible in responding to our need for a bit of A/C. She immediately sent maintenance over to install a potable wall unit that made all the difference. Thank you! We enjoyed the farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The Pier restaurant. Tom's Mom's Cookies. Gurneys. Kelbel Pharmacy has it all.

Location, location, location!

It was great for walks in any direction. We loved exploring the town, the bay, and the neighborhoods. We had everything we needed. The house was tastefully decorated and we loved how it had been restored. We loved being able to have our dog with us and she loved being there. My only complaint was the upstairs. It was great for a bunch of kids, not so great for 2 more adults. But sleeping in a trundle bed wasn't so bad. We really did love the house!

Nice spot

This was a nice property. Nothing super fancy, but it had everything we needed. Great that it was pet friendly and very close to downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved the big table for games and family dinners! 10 min. drive to ski hill.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was great! Very convenient to Downtown Harbor Springs and the lake. We appreciated that this property was pet friendly as well. However, we had issues early in the stay. Day one, there was a mouse in the master bedroom crawling into our suitcase so that was a huge turn off and made things feel dirty. An exterminator came out to setup traps, but Graham Management never followed up on the issue as promised...disappointing. The smoke alarm upstairs was constantly going off and we couldn’t get it to stop. We called the office again to get assistance and the woman on the other end could hear the alarm screeching the background. Also, we got locked inside the house because the front door lock was not working so that needs to be fixed for the next guests. Luckily, we could get out the master bedroom to unlock the front door from the outside, but that got old quickly. Lastly, the dresser in the master was broken so getting our belongs in/out was a challenge and the master closet had an odor, so we did not put our clothes in there. Again, the location of Crubaugh’s was awesome, but the house needs some improvements.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was being cleaned when we arrived. We were a bit early; so this was expected; however a box of dirty linens and two overflowing garbage cans were left until the following day. There were 5 missing lightbulbs and another 2 were burned out. The electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The house was very shabby and dated. The wallpaper and ceiling were peeling. The dining room light fixture was connected with an extension cord across the ceiling that had to be plugged into an outlet in the living room. Several of the windows had to be propped open with a piece of wood. The landscaping was overgrown and untended. Someone did cut the grass the second week we were there; but the bushes were a mess. The location was as hoped: an easy walk into Harbor Springs.

Appreciated that it was dog friendly but carpet did have pet stains which made the carpet seem dirty. Upstairs sleeping area was very hot and hard to regulate the temperature up there. Beds were clean though and upstairs bathroom was also well maintained. The home is older and perhaps that it why it was hard to register temperature within the house. The back bedroom was vey cold. We appreciated the location. The washing machine was very hard to start and use.
