Welcome to this recently updated Harbor Cove condo, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat that offers both comfort and style in one of Harbor Springs’ most desirable communities. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very comfortable other than a few warm nights without AC in the upstairs bedrooms. We did know there was no AC in condo. It would have been helpful if a couple more of the upstairs bedrooms had screens to cool the upstairs off. We have found Graham property management very good to work with.

Nice place

Great place to stay. Although we would have appreciated locking bathroom doors and master bedroom door. Oddly, the master bedroom has a lock on the outside of the door that would effectively lock people IN. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood and 9 min from slopes.

Peaceful Paradise

Harbor Cove #64 is now our favorite northern Michigan home away from home. Everything was clean, perfect, peaceful, and the view of the woods on the back deck was paradise. It was so quiet you could hear the birds walking in the woods. #64 is close to the beach and minutes from downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We'll be back!

Old Unit in need of refresh

This property needs updating all around, the pool was closed for construction and we were not informed. The unit was very dirty, needs a deep cleaning. Carpet 30 years old and stained, all the doors need replacing, none of them closed properly. Kitchen was old and not well outfitted with items. Dishwasher did not work well. Kitchen floor cracked and linoleum split and not up to health code. Furniture in living room old and uncomfortable, bookcase has metal panels that are falling off and dangerous. outdoor deck area dirty, one table and only two chairs. I could go on, but, needless to say the owner is absent and not interested in return clients. We will be much more cautious before booking again with this real estate company. They do not vet their properties very well.

Nicely renovated condo (my family owned a property here for almost 30 years so I have good perspective). There were only 2 of us so, other than the upstairs shower (marginal water pressure), we didn't use the upstairs. Master bed was comfy with ample bedding, storage, and more. Master bath was interesting. Great (but slightly unfinished?) storage to the right of the shower but a vanity with storage below would also have been a good choice. Shower was as I remember - a drop in that was small but adequate. Kitchen was decently appointed - we didn't cook at all so can't comment. New fridge - very nice. Family room area was sooooo comfy and loved the bluetooth speaker. We didn't use the fireplace. Beautiful view from the back porch. Harbor Cove is a true gem - so so so happy to go back. The nature trails, beach, and completely redone indoor pool and common area were all amazing. One caveat - the property owner group's communication could have been better. I emailed more than once ahead of time (no responses). Got check-in info the day before but once I booked, it was tough to reach them ahead of arrival (at least via email). Would have been very nice to know what would be included in the unit - I ended up buying some soap, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry detergent because I couldn't find info about this ahead of time.All this to say, I would definitely book again. Northern Michigan/Harbor Cove are amazingly special places.

The furniture can be updated, especially the queen bed upstairs, it's a spring mattress & you can actually feel the springs when you lay down. I never made it to the property. I canceled late due to having the flu. This is when I found out that Expedia's trip insurance that they sell does not oay out unless you go to a doctor or hospital. If you cancel your trip due to illness, they want you have your doctor fill out pages of paperwork in order to collect on the trip insurance. Most people that have to cancel a trip don't go see the doctor. They happily collect your money and then never have to pay out. If you purchase their insurance you won't be reimbursed if you canceled due to a simple illness

Loved it

We've been staying in Harbor Cove for years and this weekend met our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, beach, and condo. Will be back!
