Clever, comfy, clean and convenient. Hideaway Valley Unit #2 is ideally situated near the outdoor heated pool (summer), the clubhouse, tennis courts, playground and frog pond. 4 bedrooms + one sofa bed (sleeps 10), 2½ bathrooms. Main floor living and dining rooms, kitchen, ½ bath and balcony. Three bedrooms and one full bath on the upper level – Master bedroom has a queen bed, balcony; the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and sink. Lower level queen bed, TV and sofa bed, with walkout, plus full bath and laundry. Summer heated pool, nearby hiking, biking, golf, beach, ferry, kayaks; Winter skiing, snowmobiling; Year-round outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping, gorgeous Tunnel of Trees drive, miles of trails, casino. Consistent 5-star reviews.

We have stayed in this condo several times. We like how spacious it is, clean and well stocked, quiet surroundings, and plenty to keep all entertained in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and within the property grounds. Also, we love having a garage to store our bikes. Great communication from the owner!

Rock Hounders

Enjoyed our stay. The beds were good & it was nice to have plenty of space to spread out. Spent most of our time going to area beaches & parks. The place was very quiet which is appreciated.

Ski trip

Property was in a great location, well-kept, and clean. There was ample space for both activities and relaxing. When there was a power outage in the area due to weather, the property manager was easily reachable and helpful. Overall a great stay!

Great location for skiing

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Great location to ski at Nubs Nob. Plenty of room and everything we needed for a great stay!

Up north vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Also, enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and hiking trails / pond near by. Saw lots of wildlife! Would love to stay here again.

Missed the mark

It would have been nice to have been offered some compensation for the inconvenience and disruption we experienced during our weeklong stay. The temperature for the first four days of our vacation was in the 80s and the owner notified us the AC quit working prior to our arrival. The technician came on the third day and determined everything had to be replaced. We endured the heat as there was no screen door on entry door to allow for cross ventilation of air. It was frustrating to have to vacate the lower level on three days to allow the repair man to come and go and install a new furnace. There was no barbecue grill available. You expect that on vacation especially when you don’t want to have to use the stove or oven. The soap dispensers were watered down. Lots of items were in the refrigerator when we arrived. No closet or dresser in basement bedroom. Had to live out of suitcase all week. Because of these issues I cannot give a good rating.

The location was great, the place was clean and had tons of space. The pictures online are accurate but it was much nicer than we expected!

Awesome ski vacation!

Enjoyed local skiing while resting comfortably at this condo. The condo was well equipped, a good size for our big family and in an excellent location.

Family Ski weekend

Comfortable stay, close to ski hills. Spacious for our group. Galley kitchen a little small for our group but we made it work. Fun and comfortable weekend away.

Ski Trip w/ Friends

Our stay was comfortable but the kitchen is very small for a larger group. Location was good for us, close to skiing at Nubs Nob. However, after a very rude call from the property owner, we will be looking for other places to stay next year. She was upset that we stripped all the bedding and left it in the laundry room prior to our departure. Our group used every bed in the house which means the bedding needed to be cleaned before the next stay, right? The host asked why we used all the bedding in the condo and questioned if it needed to be washed. She asked if we “slept in the bed like normal people” or if it was down there because we “soiled it”. After I answered her questions she hung up on me. So rude! We stayed for 5 nights, I hope everything was washed prior to the new guests arriving. My conversation with the host definitely makes me question the cleanliness of this condo.

Lovely and clean condo!

Very nice condo with a great view out back! The host was very friendly and attentive and the place was spotless. Very comfortable accommodations, it felt like a home away from home.

Great spacious quiet getaway

Very nice spacious condo has everything you need, great location ! Walking distance to Pickleball/tennis courts and pool. Quiet location surrounded by trees. Also a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Mackinac City/Island and other areas. Would highly recommend!

Nice Hideaway Valley condo, great pool

Centrally located with easy 8-10 min drive to downtown Harbor Springs or Petoskey. Great hiking trails right off the property. Our second summer renting this property. Unit is very close to the updated pool, playground, and very nice tennis/pickleball courts. Property was clean, Suzanne was easy to work with, and we hope to stay again!
