This one bedroom condo is in the ideal location at Edgewater Beach Resort, situated in Tower III to take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our vast windows or from outside on our private balcony

The 8th floor condo has been decorated with the highest quality & standards. There are custom cabinets in the kitchen along with granite countertops and all appliances. A very comfortable couch is also a sofa sleeper. There is a large TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. The bedroom offers a king size bed with 12" Memory Foam Mattress. Fiber for streaming channels and free WiFi allow you to stay connected to your family and friends.

This beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Family Friendly Condo but also good for others

The view was absolutely stunning. We loved our stay. Pools and beach were just minutes away. Kids had a great time. Everything we needed was close by. Condo was very clean and as described. Perfect size. We enjoyed our stay. You will laugh but one of my favorite things was just outside the condo before you get to elevator there was a closet with door to garbage shoot. It was well maintained with no noticeable smell, and you didn’t have to worry about where to put your garbage or having to drag it away from towers. I would definitely book again.

Great condo!

My family & I stayed here for our annual vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean & well decorated. It was easy to use to keypad & was close to the elevators & trash chute which we liked. I text Sandy several times during our stay & she got back with me immediately. She was very kind & easy to work with. My family & I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo with a great view.

I love going to Edgewater Beach Resort. It has everything I am looking for in a beach side property. Nice pools, great hot tubs, good food on the property, great location to other PCB hot spots. The condo was very clean and well kept. The ac/heat worked great at getting the humidity out after we've been on the patio and had the the large sliding door open to get the ocean breeze and sounds. The WiFi was super fast. The view was perfect from this unit on the 8th floor. The one bedroom was snug but quite enough for just crashing after a long day on the beach and night out on the town. One night we even slept on the pull out sofa bed in the living room because we were enjoying the night views and sounds just beyond the patio doors. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful condo. Sam and Kristie.
