Listen to the waves crashing from the back deck of this upgraded house nestled amongst the dunes, this property provides the best of Goolwa Beach life. Only 200 metres to Kuti Shack cafe, the brand new Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club and glorious Goolwa Beach! Spend your holiday exploring Goolwa Beach, surfing, swimming, having coffee or brunch at the acclaimed Kuti Shack or perhaps utilising the club for a wine and a cheese platter is more your style.

There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area opening out onto the back outdoor living area and the dunes. The living has a combustion stove for winter warmth and ambiance plus 2 reverse cycles split system air conditioning. There is a wall-mounted TV with free Netflix, books, and board games. Plus a table tennis table that can be found in the garage to play a game. The kitchen is fully fitted out and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. All cookware, serving ware, and cutlery are provided.

There are four bedrooms (if all are booked). The bunk room is locked unless 7 or 8 people are booked in.

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

This property is 100% pet friendly and your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. The backyard is fully fenced with 1200H colourbond and wire fencing. There is also a lawned area for pet play.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
