Perfectly located in the trendy Chiton area just walking distance from the beach and brand new Chiton Surf Life Saving Club, this beautiful modern home offers plenty of space for a large family or two families to enjoy a holiday together. A very comfortable fully furnished home comprising 4 generous-size bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room as well as 2 living areas there is room for everyone. After days filled with activities at the beach or enjoying the Encounter Bikeway at your doorstep the fantastic north facing deck with views to the hills is the perfect place to wind down and spend time with family and friends.

Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

The beach was very close and shops were close also.Unfortunately we had to do a bit of cleaning upon arrival, sweeping and vacuuming, rubbish bins outside were already full also. Found ants all over the house and a nest in the coffee machine.

Beautiful Hills views

Excellent stay - the property was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and with great views over the valley and hills from its North facing balcony. However, provision of a coffee table in the upstairs living space would be a welcome improvement. There was a lack of adequate communication in the days before our arrival. We did not receive the expected email re key collection until after we had collected the keys.

Family Holiday at Chiton Views

We had a fabulous week long stay at Chiton Views. The home is beautifully decorated throughout and was well equipped with everything we needed to make for a very enjoyable stay. The access to the beach was an easy short walk and the outside shower to rinse off sand was fantastic. We also loved the garage table tennis set up and additional fridge, it was a great additional outside space (which could be fully enclosed or open to the backyard) for us to chill out and play games. The beds and lounges were all very comfortable and the coffee machine was a bonus! This is a great property and we'd love to stay again!
