'Sea Vous Play' just may have Old Seagrove's single best location, adjacent to Seaside. It's nestled peacefully in a grove of rare Chapman oak trees on a quiet street shared by only five other homes, yet only a very short stroll away from the beach, and all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options of downtown Seaside.

This unique European style home has three completely separate but connected living quarters and will especially appeal to extended families who want to vacation together, but who appreciate a degree of privacy as well. Each living area is connected by exterior stairs or walkways. In total, Sea Vous Play has five bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas (sleeping up to 14 in beds), three full bathrooms and a half bath plus an outside hot / cold shower with privacy stall. There is a 12 x 34-foot private pool featuring a toddler shelf (tanning shelf for the adults!) and water features. A separate, semi-attached four-story tower (perfect for teens!) is capped by an observation deck with great views over Seagrove, Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. The home includes LCD or LED TVs in all of the bedrooms and living areas and wireless internet. Sea Vous Play truly represents the best of both worlds - a comfortable and well-appointed home in a relaxing, serene setting, yet very easily strollable to all the excitement the beach and town of Seaside have to offer.

BEDROOM /BATHROOM CONFIGURATION (2K, 2Q, 2F, 2T, 2 Child Beds / 3 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath, Private Outdoor Shower)

Main House – First Floor: The king bedroom has a private bath with double vanity sinks and tub / shower with a hallway door to allow sharing if desired. A second King bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed are located in a 20x25 apartment complete with full tub / shower bath, den, kitchenette and laundry room. For privacy, the second floor is connected by a covered EXTERIOR staircase.

Main House – Second Floor: Exterior stairs and covered porches lead to the second floor. Here you will find a Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with Twin over Full bunk bed, a Sunroom with 2 Child Beds (3' x 5'6'), Dining Table, Full shower bathroom, and great room (main kitchen and cozy living area). The main house is connected to the tower by an EXTERIOR walkway.

Tower – 4 stories tall (ground floor not accessible). Attached deck leads from the second floor of the main house to the Tower part of the house. In the Tower, we have a Queen bedroom and half bath on the 2nd floor. A spiral staircase leads to the 3rd floor which is a den with couch futon, mini-kitchenette (microwave and fridge) and another spiral staircase to the 4th floor where we have a Gulfview deck outfitted with multiple chairs for sunset viewing.
