About this property

A Family home made for beach holidays & sunshine

East Beach Retreat is situated on the popular East Beach Griffiths Street. This 5 bedroom home offers you a fantastic holiday base for your next trip to Port Fairy and is eye catching from the moment you arrive. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars as well as a large grassy space in front.

Step inside this home into the large open plan downstairs area. You enter into the dining room with plenty of space for family dinners, enjoy long lazy meals filled with laughter and stories. Move through into the living room, snuggle up in front of a movie or enjoy some quiet time with a book while everyone else hits the beach! You will also find a small study room for your use while staying - hopefully it will stay unused!

The fantastic kitchen space is a dream with an abundance of counter space for whatever you decide to whip up. There is a double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and its own butler's pantry for your use. Just off the kitchen you will find a powder room and separate laundry area with both washing machine and dryer for your use. Outside you will find a BBQ with outdoor dining area and grassy space. Perfect for enjoying steak and a glass of wine in the evening while the kids tuck into fish and chips on the grass.

Head upstairs to the 5 spacious bedrooms. The first is a Queen room and the second has a set of bunks. Then head into the master room which comes with King bed, its own ensuite and walk in robes. Outside this room is a small sitting area with TV, perfect for the kids to settle down in the evening or if you want to hide away for a little bit of quiet time. The fourth room is another Queen with built in robes and the final bedroom contains a Queen and a set of bunks. Upstairs is the main bathroom which contains both walk in shower and separate bath.

This really is a fantastic home just perfect for your family holiday or a holiday with friends. You are just a few minutes walk to East Beach and ideal for those who love a surf. Otherwise you are just down the road from the Surf club and patrolled beach area. If you tire of the beach head into town and enjoy coffee from one of the many amazing cafes Port Fairy boasts, or dinner out at any one of the restaurants offering variety and quality.

East Beach Retreat truly offers a stylish and comfortable Port Fairy holiday home just waiting for you.

Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean and beautifully presented, it had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The located is amazing, so close to the beach and a pleasant walk or short bike ride into the town. We would stay here again.

Great house, great to walk to the beach and a lovely walk into town. Lovely to wake up to the sounds of all the birds. House had everything that we needed, Jamie was great to communicate with in regards to a TV problem that got resolved very efficiently.

Great property for a large group. Roomy and kitchen is excellent for food prep etc. very close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town. Comfy couch and lovely fire. We really enjoyed ourselves despite terrible weather! Would totally recommend.
