*New washer and dryer in unit ,New floors installed, new heat pump ac unit installed . Bright and open style apartment unit located directly across from Red Shores casino and Eastlink Center . Unit has 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed and 1 futon bed . This condo has a nice open concept kitchen for your convenience! This unit is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from downtime . Has a private parking lot free for guests as well. Any other questions feel free to ask. Thx-Mark

Perfect location for the PEI Gran Fondo

While it was a little bit of a walk into downtown for restaurants…the place was bright, clean and right across the street from the cycling event starts.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. We didn't realize there were stairs up to the property, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Owner let us store our bikes in a shed so we didn't have to worry about them. Would recommend.

Hanging out in Charlottetown

My daughter and I had just spent a week at a cottage in Meadowbank and had a great time but we also wanted some city time so we booked this apartment for two nights. It was perfect walking distancd to downtown. The building was quiet, clean and the apartment had everything we needed. It was perfect for the two of us. Would recommended for sure!!
