Private suite short walk to downtown

Our home is located in a great location. If you want to be near downtown we are within walking distance. Victoria park is only a few blocks away and offers a boardwalk, incredible pathways to explore, a children’s park, and an outdoor pool. Simmons arena is also within walking distance. It is newly renovated and has an outdoor pool and skating rinks.

The suite is a separated portion of the home we live in. Your access is through the front door and there is plenty of street parking. The walk is well lit, and there are a few stairs to climb to get in the front door.

Inside the suite you have a bedroom, with a TV and a small mounted table near the foot of the bed. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a new shower and flooring. A living room with a leather couch, and a small kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave and Kurig. If you are looking to stay longer and or require something not listed in our amenities (bicycle, golf clubs, air fryer, toaster oven etc) please ask! We have additional amenities available that we can add to the suite that we don’t store in there to minimize clutter.

We have a portable air conditioner in the suite during the summer, that can be controlled by you once you arrive.

You will notice a door in the suite in the photos. That door borders our kitchen and you may hear us moving on the other side. It’s triple locked. One bolt on your side in the suite, and 2 locks on our side.
