We had an amazing time, beautiful home very clean everything is about 20 min drive my kids got to see lots of deer on the way up to the condo play ground and pools were a little bit of a walk but well worth it we will be back next summer :)

Lake fun!

Wonderful place to stay! Near lake, nice pools!Well stocked, cute condo! Would stay again for sure!!Condos don’t allow grilling which was disappointing!! Otherwise friendly neighbors and the best scenery!

Perfect condo for our family!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the condo. The two pools were great! Condo was clean and well stocked. We would stay again.

Great views with ample supplies within the fresh and updated condo! Comfortable for our party of 9. Expect a drive of 20+ minutes to get to most any activities.

Great location!

We had a great time at the lake with friends and family. This condo is on the end of the building and feels more private next to the trees on the balcony. Lots of nice touches like a few bottled waters, popcorn, and makeup wipes left for our use. The little ones enjoyed looking at the games and toys. Thanks for a great weekend!

We loved the condo. It was clean for the most part. We were farthest away from the pool so that wasn’t fun. Other than that it was nice.

Excellent Condo

We had a fantastic time at the Lake of the Ozarks. Very nice and clean condo! The pool was nice and clean and the other people there were very friendly. We have been staying at the these condos for over 10 years. My family just out grew our previous condo! Close to town to grab food from Gerbs or Walmart. Can't forget to go to the Donut Place in the mornings! Over all fun time! I would rent from them again!

Disappointed-needs cleaning, general maintenance and has limited essentials

We have stayed at numerous condos and homes at locations such as the Ozarks, Hilton Head, Florida and Idaho to name a few. Prior to this stay I have never posted a negative review. We have always reviewed our accommodations with a 5-star rating without exception. However, this condo's condition was unacceptable and well below the standards that a traveler would expect. Upon arrival at the condo, it was apparent by all in our party that the place was dirty and needed to be deep cleaned. For example, the sinks and drains had soap scum on them and the living room hadn't been vacuumed with visible crumbs under the couch, rug and under the glass-top table. The master bedroom had large stains on the carpet. The deck grill, slider tracks, floor and furniture were dirty so we did not utilize the deck as we normally would to enjoy the lake view. There were numerous other areas in the condo that needed cleaned as well. General maintenance issues have not been addressed. There was a section of the deck railing that was missing screws making it a safety hazard for our toddler. One of the bi-fold doors in the laundry closet was completely off the track and leaning against the wall. Two ceiling fans did not work and the A/C air filter was sitting on the water softener because it was too dirty to really use. The master toilet seat lid was missing. There were other issues that needed attention as well. Limited essentials were in the condo. The condo is advertised as having a capacity of 9 people but there were only seven forks, six bath towels, one hand towel (had to buy more), to name a few deficiencies. The information sheet in the condo indicated that a boat slip would be available after July 2021. Our visit was July 2022 and one would think this would have been updated with the slip location. With our check-in information we were not provided with this information either. We contacted the guest host via text, e-mail and phone. The guest host responded the next day and provided us with the information. We got the impression though that we were inconveniencing the guest host by contacting her. We did not contact the guest host regarding the condition of the condo as there were too many issues to address in a short period of time. We stayed three nights and did not want to waste our limited vacation time on this so we just did the best we could during our stay.

Nice, relaxing, beautiful views

The great: The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Beautiful view. It was our first time staying at a vacation rental rather than a hotel. It was priced well. Great location and parking. Nice pools. We weren’t there for long but we enjoyed our stay. The things that could improve a bit: The instructions when you enter the unit are a bit confusing. It told us to turn on the water heater with turning the red lever on it so we did. But apparently it was already on so turning it turned it off instead. Then it wanted us to mess with the electrical panel. It also told us to flip the switches on the top row and said they were also labeled red but there was no red. It felt a little intimidating or like we would mess something up because we weren’t positive we were flipping the correct ones. For someone who’s never messed with a water heater or fuse box it may be nerve racking. In the instructions it also asked people not to close the curtains in the living room or in the bedroom. The living room curtains being open was OK with me, but the bedroom curtains would be nice to be able to close. First for some privacy, but for me I also was trying to take a nap during the day and without being able to close the curtains it was nearly impossible. Overall it was a very nice place and would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

Condo Issues

Laundry room bifold doors were broken, I was told maintenance didn't have time to repair, there was shoes and other items in the master and paint, etc. in the other closets. Lots of pillows but no extra pillow casesm bring toilet paper and papertowels. The filter for the HVAC system was black, I requested that it be changed, it didn't happen. The railing on the exterior balcony was loose on the bottom be careful.

Great getaway with a great view!

We rented this condo for my teenage kids' spring break. All 6 of us fit very comfortably. The view from the deck overlooking the lake is very nice and calming. Great location very close to the state park, caves, and more!

Great stay. big space, comfortable rooms, really good choice for a family

Our family had a great time at the condo. It was just as nice as the pictures online. we filled up the three bedrooms with 3 adults and 5 kids. the bunk beds were great, the perfect spot in between them to sit and read bedtime stories, and the king was fabulous. we enjoyed the short drive to Ha Ha Tonka state park and spent several trips there for the trails, castle ruins, natural bridge, and playgrounds. the grandkids really liked the playground at the condo too. the view from the balcony was spectacular at night with the lights on the lake. We cooked all our meals in the condo. The frig was nice and big and the kitchen worked well for us. the condo was really close to Bridal cave and that was another good side trip. I'd say the place was a hit with all of us.

Spacious and relaxing condo

Complex is steep. In addition to steps parking lot is steep. Location has some dangerous blind spots in the road that are marked. Overall unit was very accommodating. Some additional cleaning needed in kitchen cabinet and pans. Carpenter ants were present on the deck working under the slider to the master bedroom. Take bar soap.
