There is a private screened in porch with outdoor furniture facing the lake that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Basic bathroom amenities and essentials are available if needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with the basics and a few starter supplies.

The condo is located in the quiet cove of Linn Creek, 31mm, which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, and anchoring out on your boat to swim/relax. The complex is a quiet, family friendly environment that is located in more of a secluded location with no gravel roads.

Dogs are not allowed according to condo association rules for renters. Please do not bring your pet(s) along. Owners are allowed to bring their pets so there possibly could be dogs in the complex.
