The home was very spacious and extremely clean. The yard and very quiet neighborhood were great for our dogs. Location very convenient to both Nauset and Skaket beaches as well town of Orleans restaurants and stores. We have already booked for next year.

Family vacation

This spacious, very comfortable home was exactly as listed. It was spotlessly clean, had a great outdoor shower, the large deck looked new and the location was very quiet and private, but just a short distance to Nauset beach. We would love to be able to stay here again.

issues with air conditioning

Everything was very nice, except for the air conditioning. The pictures showed that there were mini splits in the living room and dining room, but there were stickers on them that said "not operational." So it looked like these rooms were air conditioned, but they were not and it was too hot to hang out in them.

Very nice place. Wonderful walking trails nearby though we were there in the recent Nor'easter. Well appointed kitchen. Multiple seating areas.

Awesome house

This house was perfect for our family. It had lots of fun outdoor games, beach chairs, an outdoor shower. Everything worked perfectly, we had a wonderful time.
