We've cherished this home ever since our daughters were toddlers, with years filled with meaningful moments and shared adventures. From hiking scenic trails and walking the frozen tidal flats at Skaket Beach in winter to riding bikes along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this house has been the backdrop for countless family memories. We hope that every guest who stays here feels that same sense of comfort, joy, and connection and leaves with their own treasured memories to hold onto for years to come.

Why they chose this property

Our family has owned this home ever since it was built in the late 1960's. There's nothing like breathing in the fresh salty ocean air and listening to the birds while relaxing on our back porch. I love how we can walk to the beach, walk to the bike path, and also walk into town if we choose. And the quiet location of our small dead end street is perfect for privacy!

What makes our home truly unique is the feeling it gives you the moment you walk in: carefree, welcoming, and lived-in with love. The Formica kitchen countertops are a nostalgic nod to childhood, where countless ice cream sundaes were created, and the vintage stove still turns out home-cooked meals. Every room invites you to settle in, unwind, and simply enjoy. This is a well-used, well-loved home made for connection, perfectly suited for families and friends of all ages. It’s thoughtfully cared for, clean, and stocked with an array of amenities you might not expect, but will be so glad to have.
