Great place to stay with extended family members that flew in from around the country to attend our patriarch’s funeral service. Plenty of space to spread out and catch some alone time when needed. Highly recommend this home.

Great overall experience

Had an amazing experience with this company as well as the property easily accessible anywhere you're wanting to go! SeaWorld is best suited for this property but still a good distance from downtown!!!

Everything was very nice and clean, could use a few more bath and face towels in the bathrooms, and the back yard needed mowing.

College Graduation

My son graduated from college and we needed a space that the entire family could stay together at. This rental was perfect and very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, as pictured, and smelled good. All the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the “loft” space. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in SA!!

Family wedding trip

Great house for groups

We stayed at Aqueous house for the annular eclipse weekend and it was great for our group. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk loft. We had an issue with some dining room chairs (some legs were really wobbly) and a broken bathroom light, but the property manager was very responsive and got those fixed for us. Thanks so much!

Family vacation

Super cute house with plenty of room close to Sea world, excellent location, large bedrooms the only suggestion I would have would be to leave a few more bath towels for as large a group as we had will definitely rent this property again when coming back to this area

Everything was good.

Good area for Seaworld. Decor is great. Supplies are minimal I.e. towels kitchenware and toilet paper. Pretty clean more backyard appeal would be nice. One dining chair was broke and couch leg was loose. Tile in upstairs bathroom loose and shower curtain messed up.

Sea World Getaway Place

This was a great home for a family trip to San Antonio. It was very close to Sea World and a local grocery store. There was plenty of sleeping space. My only suggestions for the home owner is to repair the broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, trim or cut down the front tree by the driveway, leave a garage door opener, and replace one of the downstairs king mattresses. My daughter-in-law cut her foot on the bathroom tiles, our cars were getting scrathched by the cedar tree since there was limited room on the driveway with our 4 cars, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and we were not able to use the garage since we had no opener. Also, it would be great if the kitchen could include a bottle opener. The place was clean except for a few greasy dishes. Maybe the cleaning crew could double check all pots, pans, and dishes to see that they are cleaned well. The decor was beautiful and the staff answered all of my questions quickly and were easy to contact.

SeaWorld getaway

This house looks great in pictures. It’s nicely decorated. Did not have any curb apeal. The fence around the backyard could fall at any minute. The neighborhood is congested. Lots of cars parked on both sides of the street leaving only enough room for one car to get past. The driveway is small. You might have to park partly on the lawn to fit 2 cars in the driveway. The garage was big enough for 1 small car. No garage door opener was provided. We arrived 30 minutes before check in. Front door lock will not open until check in. The property management co was hard to reach. I called and left a message. Emailed a message through Vrbo then called a second time and finally got someone who opened the lock remotely but said check in is 3:00. I can understand if I had arrived 4 hours early or even 1 hour early but driving from Lubbock and in San Antonio traffic it’s hard to gauge when you’ll arrive. As hard as the management was to reach on a Friday afternoon I hate to think if there had been an emergency like a water leak or AC going out after hours or on the weekend how long it would take for them to respond. Thankfully nothing happened. The house has 6 bedrooms and an open loft area with bunk beds. One of the bedrooms was the formal dining room or study so no closet but still a nice use of space. All bedrooms had king size beds and the beds were comfortable. The loft open area had 2 queen bunk beds. Only 3 TV’s in the house 2 in the common areas (loft and living room) master was the only bedroom with a TV. We only found 2 remotes for 3 TV’s. There are no dressers in the bedroom but they did have luggage racks. The upstairs bathroom had loose tiles on the floor, the towel bar fell off the wall while trying to hang a towel, and the shower drain did not drain well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups and silverware. We took our shoes off upon entering house and our feet were black from walking on the floor. Moved a bean bag chair and the bottom was covered with dirt. Master bathroom had hair and toenail clippings on the floor as well as the towels. You wouldn’t think with paying the high cleaning fee they ask you to pay that the floors would be so dirty. Overall I would not stay here again but it is close to SeaWorld, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Neighborhood Getaway

Had super high hopes for this property because the photos looked great. Unfortunately, it was all kind of dingy and the rugs were nasty, especially in the living room. Bedding was clean in each room, but no spare linens or blankets. There was no trash bags, only 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels so we had to go purchase that and trash bags. The baking sheets we used were greasy and all had to be washed. The best part about this home is how close it was to SeaWorld! It is an ok place to stay, but you need to bring your own supplies.

Perfect Stay for Seaworld

If you are looking for the perfect place, close to Sea World, this is the place to be. Very friendly neighborhood, beautiful home, you have very little distance to drive for any need. We had a family of 15 people and more than enough room for all of us. My family and I highly recommend this property. Thank you Birdy Vacation Rentals!

Happiest of Birthday Relaxation & Fun

I have to first say the pictures posted don't do justice for the beautifully organized and immaculate touch home we stayed in this weekend. The Aqueous was everything I wanted for my family & I and some for just two nights. Nonetheless, when I first saw this home posted, I immediately wanted it for us. I even though eh maybe I'm jumping the gun let's see what else is listed.. Can honestly say for the time frame needed and everything I was looking for, my family and I was introduced to an amazing under the sea experience and we LOVED EVERY MOMENT OF IT. We had a family fun (adult) Nerf gun fight with just the Blue lights in the house and OMG.. Was is fun, if I could post the video I would. We also have a fun relaxing game and movie night upstairs in the huge family area. This HOME, not a house but HOME was warm, loving, comforting and gave me ALL THE POSITIVE FAMILY VIBES we yerned for for this weekend. I can't say thank you enough for allowing my family and I to have that moment of time, we all needed and are looking forward to coming back and staying at this exact HOME. I honestly believe we've found our family vacational home when we come to San Antonio. Thank you again. This home is a must to rent for what ever stay you are looking for my family and I can valge for that.. So well worth the price and stay. We felt the need to put leave it the way we walked in and those were the intentions but again with the comfortability and warmth of the home we felt like we were home and really didn't expect the time to fly by.. We will be back.. 🥰❤️

Great House

This was a great house for our big family to stay in plenty of places to sleep with comfortable mattresses, easy check in and out process also was in a great neighborhood! When staying in San Antonio I’d recommend this house 10 out of 10!

Great space for groups

This property had excellent space for groups! There were so many beds with no one on air mattresses, etc. The space was clean as well with plenty of towels and linens. Depending what you are doing in San Antonio, the location is a little out there, but we knew that when we booked. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the kitchen was pretty lacking in necessities if guests actually want to cook meals. Otherwise, would absolutely stay again!
