Something for everyone in the family! This 3250sq ft home comfortably sleeps up to 21 guests.
Spend the day exploring San Antonio or have a family day at the pool. Make sure to peek over the back fence to spot our deer friends who like to hang out.
The kids will enjoy the custom foam dart gun wall, reading nook, and coloring books! Get a great night sleep with black out curtains in every bedroom.
Great location to check out local restaurants or cook a meal at home with our large custom kitchen.

The home is perfect for large families or groups, with multiple dining areas and cozy living spaces. Huge entertainment area features a large flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and a pool.

The driveway fits 4 vehicles and there is room for about 4 vehicles on the street as well. No more than 8 vehicles are allowed per reservation.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of our neighbors. If the neighbors contact the hosts with noise complaints, guests are subject to immediate eviction at the host's discretion with no refund.

Pool cleaners come every Thursday.

We live offsite, and for our safety and yours, security cameras are located around the exterior of the property. The footage is ONLY reviewed if we have any concerns about a breach of house rules or illegal activity. Guests are welcome to cover the camera facing the pool with a small hand towel but please do NOT move it.

*Please note a $500 security deposit will be charged to the payment method on file 2 days prior to checkout. This deposit will be automatically refunded after 7 days contingent upon the home's condition and any damages or house rules not being followed.
Hello guests! We are so excited that you are interested in booking a trip with us! Please see the house rules below to ensure a smooth and easy trip!
1. Absolutely NO smoking on the property whatsoever. Not even outside. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other device used for smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking you will be charged an initial $250 fee and an additional fee for each day that is required to be blocked off for cleaning for lost revenue or cancellations.
2. No visitors are permitted inside the home who are not included in the reservation without prior authorization. Unauthorized guests will result in a $50 charge per person per day. Please be sure to book the proper amount of guests upon completing your reservation.
3. NO parties are allowed. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $500 for breaking this rule, additional cleaning charges incurred by the host to prepare the home for the next guest, and potential immediate eviction with no refund.
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am on weekdays and 11pm-8am on weekends. Complaints from police or neighbors of excessive noise may result in the cancellation of your reservation or additional charges.
5. Please feel free to utilize the washer and dryer. Laundry pods are available in the home. If you wish to use your own laundry detergent, only use HE-rated products.
6. This home is located in Texas, bugs and other pests are impossible to completely irradicate. Please know we have pest control spray the exterior of the home every month. If you do come across pests, please do your best to let us know what kind so we can have the home sprayed for the specific type.
7. Please refrain from taking food into the bedrooms to prevent any pest issues.
8. Trash is picked up every Friday morning. Please be sure to place the Brown/Grey can in the street Thursday evening. Recycling is picked up every Tuesday morning. Please be sure to have the Blue cans placed in the street Monday evening. Excessive trash that does not fit inside the bins will incur an additional charge. Please NO bags in the recycling.
9. Pets are welcomed with prior authorization. If you are bringing a pet, we require a photo of the pet prior to check-in and a non-refundable pet fee. If you are traveling with a service animal, please see our service animal policy below. Any damages caused by pets/animals brought by guests will be charged after check-out.
10. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Damage charges must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
11. Please lock all doors and windows upon check-out
12. Absolutely no mail is allowed to be sent to the home

Service Animal Policy:
In accordance with Airbnb Terms, the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!
•Your Assistance Animal should NOT be left unattended at any time.
•Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required on all pets by Bexar County.
•Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accommodate those.
•Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared.
•Please keep your Assistance Animal off the furniture and counters.
•You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements as a result.
Note: We fully support our guests who legitimately need service animals. Please be aware that fraudulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time.

Clean Enough!
Upon arrival we had issues with the door code, obtaining wifi information and operating the AC. After everything was figured out, and we got settled - we noticed an extreme amount of giant fly's all over the property. Some dead, some alive. Their existence was apparent all weekend no matter how many we killed. They didn't bite, but they were buzzing around the kitchen endlessly. We noticed a bunch of issues with the threshold on doors, assuming that's how the bugs entered. In other aspects, the kitchen was generally equipped but missing the extra's to really cook good dinners for a group this size. Pans and baking sheets were all very "single female sized" except a wok that was completely ruined and losing its coating. The Master Bath shower room was WET. The second you managed to figure out how to get hot water out of the shower - the entire room was soaked. The pool deck was DISGUSTING and the pool was full of yard waste. My husband and I set out early in the morning to clean everything the best we could, but it all felt very unsavory. There was trash bags stuck in the trees above the pool. I don't think our expectations were wild, but we were hoping to arrive in a clean, bug free house. We managed to get the house clean enough and it definitely kept us alive for the 4 days we were there.

Needs some work
This property over all was simply ok. Everything seems very basic and we almost feel like we were duped based on the photos online. So many things need to be updated and simply just better quality. We arrived to a very dirty backyard, leaking dishwasher, broken cabinets, no hot water in one bathroom, no basic items such as salt and pepper, paper thin blankets, no extra blankets, dollar store toilet paper, no grill to accommodate 6 people worth of food, etc. Although we made the best of this stay, we spent a lot of extra money just getting simply the basic needs to be mildly comfortable. We will not be recommending this property to others.

Family Christmas
We loved the house. It was perfect for our family ranging in ages 2 to 83. The open concept living area was a great place for everyone to hang out and the kids to play and color Christmas pictures. It was very also convenient to SeaWorld, San Antonio Zoo, HEB and local restaurants. The kids were excited to see the deer in the neighborhood at night. All had a wonderful time!

Great accommodation for large groups
The house is really big and spacious, will easily accommodate large parties comfortably. The location is great and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Nearby a lot of larger chain grocery stores and a good area of SA. Communication with the host was fine, she was really quick on the spot to answer back. The grill is so so small, so keep this in mind if you are wanting to BBQ for a big group. The pool was in really rough condition, but they were draining it the day we left so maybe they’re going to redo it. Overall, I would definitely recommend. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
