Nice property management, so-so property

This place was alright. It was convenient and well-located, and the property manager was really nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and we appreciated it. However, the property itself is pretty beat up, and it didn't look like it had been properly cleaned between tenants. There was a sock sitting on one of the beds, and there was black mold in two places. Thankfully neither of us are sensitive to mold, but that can be very serious for some. The lighting was also dreadful, which made the place much more drab. The lamps weren't plugged in, and the overhead lighting was dim, white light that just made the place feel like a prison. I really hope they invest in better light bulbs that are a little warmer and a LOT brighter. The outlet under the tv wasn't working and it was the only outlet in the living room space we could find. I thought maybe there was a switch, but I couldn't find it. And the bed was shockingly rock hard. We actually had to supplement with the mattresses from the bunk beds because it hurt my back so much. Overall, it was a fine place to crash for a few days. Cheap enough. The community and location are great. The room was a bit gross and not super welcoming, which was unfortunate. It wouldn't take much to improve, just a bit more thought to the niceties and a thorough clean.

Loved it!!!

My kids and I stayed at this condo on their spring break back in April. We are going bk next week for their fall break. We loved this condo. It was clean, on the break, ocean view, had a kitchen when every thing you need. Also has beach chairs and other things to take to the beach. The customer service was excellent, I had no problem getting my door code. It was two Walmarts less than 10 mins a way and that was a plus for me. I could say so many good things about this place. However, we did see an alligator on the way to the beach TWICE!!!! I hope our next stay will be as great of an experience as the last time.

Worked for us

Family vacation with spouse and two kids under 5. A little tight but we knew that going into the trip. We are on the move a lot when we are on trips so we are usually in the condo for the night and that's all. Two minor issues when we were there, but the property manager handled quickly and communicated through the corrections. Kids loved the pool and other amenities. Access to beach is easy and renting bikes made the trip.

Nice stay

We very much enjoyed our stay the location was nice and the condo was clean upon entering. The only con I have is the couch could use some updating as it is dirty.

Great stay

We stayed here for a long weekend end of March / early April and had a great time! The apartment was really nice and as shown in the pictures. Both check-in and check-out was super easy through the Management front-desk. The facility is very close to the beach and also has a great pool area! Lots of activities nearby and on the premises. Tennis and pickleball courts are right by the apartment and we also rented bikes on the premises and biked all the way to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely go back!

Safty concern with front door; could not lock the dead bolt. Sliding door and screen left large gap for bugs to come in all night. New Pickle Ball courts were so close and too loud too early in the morning.

Perfect respite!

We stayed for 10 days and would definitely return. A few things to clarify that were misleading from other reviews…1. There IS an elevator in the building. 2. Although technically the unit sleeps 6, it would not be comfortable. It was perfect for 2 but the bunk beds would not accommodate an adult but would be fine for small kids, however, also could not be closed off once kids are put to bed. Mgmt company was very responsive to all requests and resolved minor issues quickly. The beach access is nice with boardwalks and ramps all the way to the beach. The pool is nice for families and those that don’t prefer the beach and the access to Jamaica Joe’s for cocktails and snacks was great. Overall, we would definitely return.

My stay

It was okay, definitely could use some updates. Couch was pretty dirty, rug was not the best, kitchen sink was too small, shower rod and current can be updated, porch rug seems like it never gets cleaned, filled with sand. Had dish soap but no sponge. Tile floor could use a better cleaning. Other then that everything else was fine.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with great customer service. We wouldn’t stay again just because of the size of the rental. It is fine for a couple but for us with two children it was very tight. We were only in town for a weekend so overall it worked for us!

Comfortable Stay

The check in process was very simple. Kitchen/living area was one space. A bit untidy- crumbs, some hair on the floor. Overall clean enough. The bed was comfortable. Shower was wonderful. Plenty of space to hold food for your stay. Would recommend bringing seasonings. Beach is clean, easy to get to from the condo. Free trolley is convenient. Great for a couple’s getaway!

Great Summer Kick off

The overall experience was amazing the condo was in a good location. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was 2 min. The beach bar was a great spot to have relaxing drinks by the beach pool. Will definitely come again. We loved Hilton Head

Nice, clean unit.

The photos well represent the unit. It's a great space for one - two adults but hard to imagine more, even a couple with young children, staying here unless accustomed to small spaces. Bring kitchen kitchen towels and dishrags, plus a cutting board. I was surprised to not find these in a VRBO listing. The kitchen sink is SMALL/camper size, I may have missed that in the photos. Plenty of bath towels! The check in instructions could have been more clear - stop at the main building to get your parking pass, then proceed to your unit to use door code (The security guard was NOT friendly about this). We were disappointed to learn that the closest ramp to the unit was closed for construction, we made it work but given all the signage about construction dates, it was clear this could have been a detail included with the listing. Very friendly staff around pool and Jamaican Joe's.

Excellent Stay

We’ve have been staying in this unit for the past 5 years, Alicia was the new owner & had made renovations with great updates. There’s 5 of us in this room, snap spaces but it’s functional for us. Would ALWAYS recommend this unit for anyone. We love the property with great amenities for younger kids, as well!

Adorable!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Clean and adorable with private beach access and ocean views from the deck! It is the unit on the end closest to the parking lot (not the beach) but it was perfect for us because it was close to the car for carrying things in and it was nice and quiet being on the end. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway! My 4 year old said it is her favorite place to vacation now and cannot wait until we can visit again!

Great get away!

Such a nice condo tucked away on the 3rd floor of the building. Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved being close to the beach and pool. Gator’s Pizza is amazing and not to be missed! Looking forward to booking again!

Great beach getaway

Property is exactly as pictured. 3rd floor end unit with partial view of the ocean. It was quiet and clean. Beach is within walking distance. Pull out couch bed had foam layer on top of mattress and was very comfortable for a pull out bed. Only negative was the shower curtain was moldy but that would be an easy fix. Overall, would stay at this property again.

Nice place but was not clean upon arrival

We enjoyed the stay but upon check in the condo was not clean - sheets and towels were in the tub; no cleaning had taken place at all. Would love to have a reimbursement of the cleaning fee if possible. Otherwise all was good.

Great weekend get-away!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property. Everything was exactly as pictured! I loved the porch, and my husband loved the big TV. Pros: end unit on third floor was nice and quiet; water pressure and water temp in shower were AMAZING (WaterPik showerhead), and all new appliances except for fridge. Cons: Ice maker was not working, but this could be fixed. Also, the unit is the furthest unit from the beach (within Building A), but it's not a bad walk at all - just something to note. Notes for TV: The "cable"/live TV is through Hulu, so you have to go through the Smart TV app home page and select Hulu. It should already be logged in, and you just go to "live" at the top. There is also a Roku, but we couldn't find a Roku remote.
