Beautifully Renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath Resort Beach Villa

Fully renovated 1st floor villa located only steps to our private beach, oceanfront pool and restaurant/tiki bar. The villa's renovations include new flooring, plantation shutters, fully equipped kitchen with new countertops and stainless appliances (Stove/Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave) and updated bathrooms. The living room includes a new 55” flat screen Smart TV with cable, couch and lounge chair. The bedrooms have new furniture, mattresses, Smart TV's and ceiling fans.
One of the nicest corner, 1st floor tennis villas in the entire resort. Clean, relaxing and everything you need for an incredible vacation.. This is the perfect location with easy access to the parking lot to load/unload while also being centrally located to everything the resort offers... pool, beach, restaurants, tennis, playground, gym, bike rentals, catch and release fishing, corn hole, basketball, walking trail, etc.... everything you want or need is only steps away.

This Non-Smoking/Vaping Villa has a Master bedroom with King size bed and Pillows, ceiling fan, plantation shutters and closet with extra blankets, pillows, hangers and ironing board. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed along with Twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and have flat screen smart tv's and bed linens. The bathrooms have been updated and have blow dryers and baskets to hold your personal items along with 6 sets of bathroom towels for the duration of your stay. The living room also has new furniture, 55" smart tv with cable and a tv stand loaded with books and playing cards. The entire unit has high speed internet access.

The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. You have most kitchen items for cooking and convenience. dishes, pots/pans, wine glasses, mixing bowls, blender, toaster, microwave, cutting boards, kitchen towel and dish cloth. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.

The owner has provided some beach toys for your family's entertainment along with 6 beach towels and a nice canvas cart to use during your stay. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa is located in the serene Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (HHB&T) that offers 24 hour gated security. The resort is situated with direct beach access by means of 4 boardwalks.

Condo was very nice and the location was away from the crowds. Some of the amenities were not open due to end of season. The beach is a little more than 5 minutes but in a quiet. We would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this condo and had an excellent experience. The condo was clean upon arrival. It was also well stocked with everything needed for our stay, the beach wagon was very helpful. The host was extremely responsive and quick to answer. Additionally, the community itself was very well maintained, quiet, and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We will absolutely be back next summer. the Location was perfect for our family of 6. The condo was clean and easily accessible. We chose to drive to the boardwalk with our back stuff stored in our hitch basket and it was super easy! We drove out to Salty Dog for dinner one night and sampled the Pizza place on resort (NO NOT TRY AND CALL THEM TO PLACE AN ORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THROUGH) But the pizza was really good and the service there was amazing. The only complaint I would say I had was the laundry options - it would be so much more convenient to have a washer and drier in the unit... BUT I can't even call that a complaint, the laundromat is close by and there is a laundry option on resort. My daughter got her hair braided at the pool, we enjoyed a dive in movie, endless beach days, beautiful sunsets and everything felt safe and clean. We came home rested (the master bed is soft - heavenly for us) and recharged. Fantastic week on HHI -Thank you!!

This was a great place for a family vacation. Plenty to do at the resort and it was a short and easy walk to the beach! All the included beach toys and wagon was a nice perk too.

The condo was exactly as it was described in the listing. Newly renovated and clean. The utility closet had plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kiddos. The master bedroom bed was super soft and comfortable. The other bedroom is a bit tight with the bunk bed in there but it works.

Great place to stay for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We have four kids who shared one bedroom and we used the other. There was a pull out couch in the living room but we didn’t end up needing it. We really appreciated the use of the wagons, sand toys, beach chairs, pool towels, etc. We played a lot of pickle ball, used the playground, and of course the pool and beach. Friends of ours stayed in a different villa and we would easily meet up each day for actives and meals. The trolley made for some easy transportation for our group to enjoy local activities. There was a small problem when we checked in at the front desk for our parking pass, but the owners answered immediately and got it taken care of right away with them! Clean, great property, friendly atmosphere. Beautiful beaches!

Had everything we needed

My family of 5 enjoyed our 5 nights at this villa. Felt clean, had basic items we didn’t bring like dishwasher detergent, blow dryers and dishes. Only complaint was from the kids as to how long the 5 minute walk was to the beach, but if you’re not a whiny child, the walk is just fine. Loved that they had a beach wagon and pool/beach toys for us to use. And when I had to contact the owner for a check-in snafu, he picked up right away and fixed it.

Family beach trip

This is our second time staying in this unit and we love it! We're a family of 4 with 2 boys (age 5 and 7). The beach is a quick 8-10 min walk across a parking lot and boardwalk. The pool is perfect for kids and has a large shallow end (3 ft) and had fun activities every day. My boys love the playground which is maybe a 2 min walk. The unit was perfectly clean and had everything we needed including a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need...they even had a first aid kit, extra light bulbs, flashlights, etc. This owner truly thought of everything! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

The kids and I look forward to our annual trip to HHI. I have fallen in love with the area but have not found a property to revisit just yet. The bunkbed in the second bedroom was a huge selling point but that room is not safe. The ladder was not usable, and the ceiling fan overlays part of the top bunk. Neither of my 7-year-old twins felt safe climbing up and could not get down -- one of my kids tried to climb down, the ladder slipped out from under him and was left with a broken finger with most of the skin scraped off. Emergency trip to the hospital on the first night was...disappointing and unexpected. We rented bikes from the bike stand. Locked them on the bike rake by the villa. When we went to go out for another ride, the bikes were GONE. I sincerely thought that they had been stolen but security ended up taking them back without notice or reason. We still had 12 hours left on our rental. The restaurant in the main lobby area had no air conditioning. Service was, somehow, worse than the smell inside the restaurant. The laundry room by the pro shop has a coin machine. It did not work. Pickleball courts appear to get double booked as my children and I were scolded for being on a court that we reserved by a group of older men. The men's friends never showed up, so we left for absolutely no reason. With all of the above said, the pool area was great and there are a number of family friendly events on site.

Great Place in a Great Location!

Folly Field is a great place for a short get away, or in our case, a month long stay! The property is surprisingly spacious. A great room encompasses one side of the unit and has a nice kitchen if you’re cooking your own meals and a comfortable table, that has views of the resort grounds. The living room has a comfy couch and chair and a nice tv. The master bedroom has a very comfy king size bed and nice en suite bath. The guest bath is accessible from the great room for guests or residents. Bedroom number two is cozy, but well appointed with a nice queen size bed and bunk beds. Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Club has great amenities. Beach access is just a short walk away from the unit. Two swimming pools are on the grounds. Coconutz Sports Bar has great food, is a short walk away, and if you want to dine at “home”, has a great carry out menu. Tennis and pickle ball courts are available. Afternoons, the beach bar is open and is another great place to enjoy a beverage and a sandwich. The owners are easy to contact and will gladly assist you if you have any questions. I heartily recommend this unit!!

Nice little condo

Nice, quiet, secure, clean. The unit has everything you need, plus a wagon, chairs and toys. Acess to beach and pools a short walk away - very wide beach at low tide. Nice big pool. Beach bar was off season for our visit but would be convenient. Nice owners. Good central location on the Island.

Terrible; Host only cares about money rather then safety!

After hearing the news regarding the dangerous and uncertain circumstances regarding Hurricane Debby, we attempted to contact you as well as VRBO to see what else could be done to avoid traveling into a potentially life-threatening situation. After speaking with you and VRBO, we came to the unfortunate conclusion that nothing could be done (refund, change of dates, etc.). Because this is our only vacation of the year and cannot afford to take another vacation, we decided to attempt the 12+ hour drive since you refused to change the dates of our trip or offer any type of refund for the impending dangerous weather and conditions. We closely monitored the news and updates on the storm on our way down. We arrived late in the evening and stayed 1 night at your condo, Sunday August 5th and left the next day as local and national news coverage warned of possibly 20 inches of rain, potential catastrophic flooding, potential storm surge warnings of 2-4 four feet, Tropical storm warnings, potential power outages, and a State of Emergency declared by the state. These warnings started Monday evening through Wednesday and potentially Thursday depending on the trajectory of the storm. Local and national news also warned those traveling from out of state for vacations to return home. We are incredibly disappointed in you as host, caring more about profits than the safety of the people staying at your condo. I would suggest you highly reconsider your cancellation policy and refund policy!
