Great Family Visit

The house was so nice and so clean. Upon arrival the lights and the heater was on, so cozy. Beds were so comfortable. The living space was large, both upstairs and downstairs. We would gladly stay there again!

Great neighborhood, great location, great house! This layout was perfect for 4 adults, 1 child and a dog. We will stay here again!

Great Stay!

The house was spacious and the backyard was great for our dog! Some of the bedding was stained and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we were pleased with our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, etc.

Picture of back deck not accurate. Yard over grown. No fencing around deck and wood needs oiled and cleaned up. Steps along driveway are not level and lean you backwards.The inside of the house was clean and orderly. No drip coffee pot as indicated but a kerig instead.Air conditioning worked great as well as all appliances. The train was a surprise and we could watch as it went through the neighborhood 2-4 times a day.We did enjoy and division of the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. My husband and I were on one level while daughter and her family had bedrooms, bathroom and t.v. room and other level. Great restaurants and water places to visit.

Visit to Bend

Great property with everything we needed. Well located near necessities shopping [Trader Joes, etc] & restaurants. 10 minutes from downtown Bend. House has lots of room with a great kitchen with outdoor grill. All beds were very comfortable especially the adjustable master bdrm. Great washer/dryer which came in handy. our dog Finn loved the fenced in backyard which had plenty of room for him to exercise. Best of all, a great view of the mountains out the front porch, makes for nice sunsets everyday.

Great size, layout, location…

This house was in a great location, layout was great and size. However, three of the 4 beds were extremely soft, definitely not good for anyone who needs back support. There was a cigarette butt in the garage upon arrival. Needed more instructions like how to lock front door when leaving. If you plan to cook a lot at the house like we did then there could have been more utensils/bowls. Otherwise it was great having the whole garage, laundry and a second fridge downstairs.

Great Views! Great Location!

The view of the mountains from the living room was amazing! You can see Mt. Bachelor to the south and all the way to Mt. Jefferson to the north. There are no less than 5 other mountains inbetween! The location is on the northern end of Bend, and it's easy to get to all the attractions Bend has to offer. The management company (Meredith) was very responsive to our issue with the 2 tvs and quickly fixed the problems (thank you Beth & Will!). Overall, it's a great house for a family or group of 4. It has an attached garage which was a nice bonus. However, the house is 2 1/2 levels, with the main living area on the upper floor. This can be a problem for anyone with mobility issues since you have to climb MANY stairs.

Hunter's Circle

The check-in and check-out instructions could have been more clear (e.g. instructions for entering the key code did not mention that you had to press another button after entering the numerical code, didn't know to take out trash etc before leaving, until we began the electronic check-out process). The Google smart devices were a little challenging (e.g. changing channels on the upstairs TV was not straightforward). Otherwise, the home has all the amenities you would want, was clean, and had a nice view.

Great Home in Bend

We as a family of four had a great stay at this home. We had a three year old and an infant with us and the bedroom accommodations were very convenient. I really liked how the master bedroom was on the second floor next to the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There was a TV on the main floor and on the second floor. Very spacious home and plenty of room in the backyard to play and bbq etc. We highly recommend this home for your stay.

Great House

Everything in this house was in great condition. We had everything we needed for our week long stay in Bend. It was close to all the necessities, groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. The back yard was a great place for our doggos to play in the snow. There was a baby-gate provided so the dogs could be contained on the upper part of the house only—very convenient. My teenagers had plenty of room on the bottom floor to do their teenage things. Everything went smooth and no complaints.

Perfect family getaway with dog

The house is very comfortable and clean. Lots of space to spread out. A few maintenance issues but management was quick to respond. There are a lot of stairs due to design on a slope so those with mobility issues might find it challenging. Access to garage was helpful. Home is connected to Google so to change temperature for instance you ask google to adjust but there are instructions in kitchen Easy to follow. Water bowl set up in kitchen for dog on arrival. Two family rooms each with a TV. Comfortable beds, nice family home, easy access to hwy 97 we had a great stay.

South Sisters Climb and Old Mill River Float

Our 4 adult children wanted to hike South Sisters together and this Home was the perfect Launch Pad/Base camp. It is well appointed with nice nuances like a multi-port charging cable for Apple/ Samsung and usb-C and a garage door opener so that you can effectively use the Garage. The proximity to Target, Dicks, multiple markets and restaurants was helpful for carb loading, bug spray (and bug bite relief) as well as finding last minute inflatables for the post hike river float. The only area for improvement would be trash pick up which is scheduled for Tues/Wed and apparently not many families stay mid week so the trash and recycling are over full. The floor plan is another pleasant surprise as there are 2 separate areas to hang out with plenty of space both upstairs and down. Definitely will stay here again.
