Hi there, thank you for hosting us. We really appreciated how clean the home was — that was a definite positive and made the stay feel comfortable from the start.We did want to share a few things that may help improve the experience for future guests: • The mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. It felt saggy and you could feel the springs when lying down. The pillows were also lumpy and not very supportive. • The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work during our stay. • The drawers in the main bedroom didn’t open or close properly. • The toilets in both bathrooms struggled with flushing. • The Ecobee thermostat kept resetting to 66 degrees, even after we manually set it to 72 and selected “hold.” We use the same system at home, so it seems like there may be a programmed override in place. • There are train tracks directly behind the house, so train noise is noticeable — this might be helpful to mention in the listing for future guests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness — we just wanted to pass along this feedback in case it’s helpful going forward.Thank you again.
