Nestled between the Deer Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir is Fox Bay Condos; Our two bedroom, two bathroom top floor condo has a private deck with beautiful mountain views!



As our guest you will enjoy the thoughtful touches throughout the home including a gas fireplace, private deck with mountain and lake views, private washer The entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is yours to enjoy. The fireplace is gas so it's easy to cozy up to it on a snowy winter morning or a crisp fall evening.and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with an eat in dinging table, 2 bathrooms and two guest suites. Guests will love the well stocked kitchen. We have plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and basic pantry items for your convenience.



Fox Bay offers resort style amenities - Guests can enjoy the community pool, pickleball / Basketball court, hot tub and fitness center on site; hiking, biking, boating, skiing minutes from the door



The Fox Bay community grounds feature well-maintained amenities, including an outdoor playground, beautiful outdoor pool (seasonal) year round outdoor hot tub and a clubhouse with something for everyone (community kitchen, family room, pool, ping-pong and more).



The location is quite ideal for those who want to be a part of it all! Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort are just minutes away. This condo is a skier's delight! Great property and stay

I highly recommend this property. Communications was easy, timely. Checking in was seamless, it was clean, good(but dated) furniture, matters and kitchen set up to provide everything we needed for our stay. The location is great and peaceful. We had a great stay and would look to book for future stays!!

Cozy Apartment for family

Lots of space for a family of 5 to use on a ski trip. Kids loved the bunk beds. Views were great and loved sitting on the couch watching the sunrise. It was perfect, everything as expected.

Deer Valley Stay

Great location to the Jordanelle Gondala! FYI this is a walk up. When you park underneath the building you will be carrying your luggage up 2.5 flights of stairs. Nice towels (which you don't always find at a VRBO) and a well stocked condo. The furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable. The kitchen (except for the oven) and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Perfect Condo

Perfect condo for us for the summer in Utah! Roomy, comfortable beds, and comfortable furniture. Very clean. When any problems itrip handled them right away. Great pool, work out room, pickleball court, and location so close to Jordanelle Reservoir. It was great having a garage and the coded entrance. The internet was amazingly fast not always our experience with rentals!!

Family Vacation for the 4th

We had a great trip. The condo was perfect. Just a few things to note, the pool was very filthy. I’m sure that’s a grounds maintenance issue but it was very dirty. We had a little walk to the pool which was fine, just didn’t love having to walk all the way around and open and close the garage door every time we came back to the condo. Everything inside was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of room to play and hang out. Quick drive to Park City. Thank you so much!!

Great and affordable place slightly outside of PC

The hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful for being run by a management company. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is much nicer in person! Location wise, it’s about a 15 minute drive to the slopes. One disapppinting factor is there are no buses to park city, but that’s fine if you have a car. Host: Awesome and responsive - especially for being a management company. Apartment: Very well kept, up to date, with thoughtful touches that give if a mix between cabin and modern condo. Beds: Very comfortable mattresses with brand new linens and towels. Kitchen: Stocked with all equipment needed to cook along with salt, pepper, oil and seasoning. WiFi: Perfect for working remote with speeds around 50Mbps. Location: 15 minute drive to Park City, 50 minute drive to Alta (during winter). There is no bus access unfortunately.

Nice condo, but a few mechanical issues

The condo was VERY well stocked with necessary items for the week. It was a nice, comfortable setting for our family of four. The garage parking was wonderful and with a substantial amount of snow during our stay, the snow removal was great too. My only concerns were that the thermostat was set to 50 degrees when we arrived, the pilot on the hot water heater was out (no hot water, luckily we know how to handle this), and the windows in the main bedroom were on a broken track allowing a steady breeze of cold air the entire time. I called and emailed about the windows and was told there would be a maintenance worker out to address aling with a call back, but we had neither the whole week.

We have spoken with housekeeping and asked that they keep the thermostat at a warmer temperature between bookings. Maintenance mentioned that there was nothing wrong with the windows. They were able to close them completely while you were visiting. We wish you safe travels home!
