The fabulous backyard features a large heated pool with a waterfall spa and plenty of occasional seating. You’ll also find a built-in fire pit, a lounge area, alfresco dining, a built-in bar, and a BBQ grill - plus cornhole and connect 4. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The fabulous backyard was made for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. It features a large pool at the center of the yard with an integrated waterfall spa surrounded by chaise lounges and plenty of occasional seating. You’ll also find alfresco dining for up to 8, a built-in bar, a BBQ grill, an outdoor lounge area, and a firepit lounge. There’s also cornhole and Connect 4. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and the mountain and city views are absolutely spectacular!

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The inside of the property features a sprawling floor plan. The foyer flows into the Great Room, with soaring ceilings, two pillars, a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a bar. There's even a breakfast table that converts to a game table for poker and pool! The formal Dining Room is on a lower level and flows into the gourmet kitchen. You'll also find a pool table and another flatscreen TV by the dining area - there's enough space here for your entire group to gather & relax!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Bedroom is on one end (and on the lowest level) of the house, and the Guest Rooms are all on the other end. The spacious Primary Bedroom has a King bed, a desk (great for remote working and learning), a gas fireplace, and direct access to the backyard. You'll also find an en suite bath with a double vanity. Guest Rooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, views to the pool area, and desks. They also share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. Guest Room 3 has a Queen bed and an en suite bath. There is a fourth Guest Bathroom by the pool table, with direct access to the backyard.

LOCATION
Nestled at the top of the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a stone's throw away. The Convention Center and the Casino are also very close by. You'll love staying in this quiet, peaceful area and having quick accessibility to all that Palm Springs has to offer.
