The open floor plan provides ample space for your entire group to mix and mingle in style and opens up to the shaded lanai and expansive yard. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream and features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, wine fridge and all the tools to craft a gourmet meal. The stunning dining room can accommodate 8 and the living room has ample seating, a fireplace and a 65” flatscreen TV. This property has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home - ultra high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, full size washer and dryer, and two desks with large computer monitors perfect for remote working or gaming.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the spacious 4 bedrooms has been beautifully decorated and features luxurious high-end mattresses, ample closet space with full length mirrors, and flat screen TVs or workspaces with large monitors. The primary suite features a King bed, large closet, and en suite bath with an enormous walk-in shower. A second primary suite located on the opposite side of the house features a King bed and a gorgeous adjacent private bathroom featuring Grohe fixtures and a Toto washlet. The third bedroom with a King bed and the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed are spacious and conveniently located next to the shared full third bathroom in the hall.

The Legend Course was designed by William Francis Bell, known for designing Torrey Pines and La Jolla Country.
