Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). This beautiful home is located just 2 miles from Walt Disney World in the 5 stars gated resort: Windsor Hills. As soon as you enter the subdivision you will understand that this is a special place: Mini waterpark, food store, pools, game room, gym... When booking our home you have access to all the amenities of the clubhouse. This vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests and has a private plunge pool, a high chair, a pack n play for your kids. Enjoy! - *** As per HOA rules only 2 cars are allowed to enter the subdivision per property. We will need to register your cars / drivers at the gate prior to your check in.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights. $1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

The achieved water temperature depends on weather conditions. Pool heaters operate 12 hours per day during daylight hours. No refund or compensation will be issued if the pool heater malfunctions or fails to reach the desired temperature. Spa heating (if the property includes a built-in spa) is not included in this offer. Guests wishing to heat the spa at a higher temperature than the pool may add Spa Heat for $20/day. I have been going to Windsor Hills for over 10 years. This townhouse was good and well equipped. Had a few issues with noise from the business behind but it stopped. Hope to go back next year.
This spot was perfect for our family of 4. Clean with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Pool was a great size for us to cool off and have some fun. Close to Disney.
First of all property was in a great location. Found it about a 15 minute drive from Disney parks. The property itself was well kept and very clean and has everything you need like a kettle and toaster, cutlery and plates etc. Pool was great to cool down in. The AC was amazing. We did our own clothes washing as there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. My wife wanted a clothes rack which was swiftly brought around by the owners the next day. One thing was that if in the Master Bedroom it is very close to a working site and because it was very hot they started work very early 6am ish, this did wake us a few times with there trucks and whistling but that was ok as we were planning to go out early.Overall I would give this a big thumbs up.

Condo was pretty clean & that is most important to me. It could use a good deep clean though as it’s getting dated. Other than that it was just okay.

Nice property, property management was not good
We have stayed at different condos in Windsor for 3 years. All are beautiful, including this one; however, leading up to our visit, I had to jump through hoops, including sending selfies of my credit card, Id, and a selfie of me holding them both. After that, I had to print and fill out a registration form and upload and send back, with info that I had already give them. During our stay there was a problem with the internet router. I called the management company and they never sent anyone out.

Your spring break March 2019
First and for most I would understand that the issues I had are not with the property itself, but the management group. This was a last minute brooking just two days before arrival, but I think the mess my family ran into when we got here is unnecessary. The management group should have know it was a last minute book and fast tracked the paperwork and door code. Instead 5 hour the condo and 11 hour into your trip I emailed with no response. We got here spent over an hour before getting a return call from the emergency 800 number with door code I was told they don't work weekends. With vacationer's arrival being any day of they week I would think they would make themselves more available. In addition to that situation the overall cleanliness was so so. I'm not going to list stuff but I have stayed in this gated community 4 times and was 5 star Everytime till this visit. Community service top notch.

Rabbits and mice and noise, oh my!!!
We recently stayed in this unit for two months. Aside from the lack of deep cleaning, and neighbors who partied until 4:00 AM, things might have been tolerable if we did not have to spend three nights catching and disposing of mice, and removing a beheaded rabbit from our pool.
Upon departure from this unit, we contacted the management Company, Horizon Vacation Homes, and they responded by saying that "this has never happened in this unit." They concluded that the mouse problem was a result of the "self-catering.". The fact that there were mouse droppings in the downstairs bedroom closet suggests that maybe this was a problem prior to our arrival.
The management company will respond to this by saying that "We responded to your concerns to the best of their ability,." In reality, their response was woefully inadequate. They did not come, catch and dispose of the mice, and their response to the beheaded rabbit was that the pool screen door must have been left open and the rabbit wander in and fell in the pool. IT DID NOT HAVE A HEAD!!
We have been renting in Florida for 11 years, and never once have we had to deal with a fraction of the discomfort that unit offers. We were in hopes of seeking some kind of restitution from Horizon Vacation Homes, to make up for the deplorable conditions. As I stated earlier, their response was "we responded to your concerns to the best of our abilities."

To all future guests: We always and appreciate our guests reviews on the property they have stayed in. This property is popular and we proud ourselves in delivering nice, well-maintained and clean homes in the Disney area. All our homes are cleaned by a professional cleaning company. All homes are inspected by one of our team members prior to the arrival of each new guest. This property passed the quality control test prior to the arrival of Kathleen and her husband. We also leave a note at the door with some important numbers (office number, emergency/after-hours line…). Each home also has a book filled with lots of information. All our properties are treated quarterly, as a legal requirement, by a licensed pest control company. As soon as the guests notified us about your sightings of a mouse, we sent our pest control company out the same day to further investigate the situation. The gentleman who came from pest control asked them a few questions and they mentioned that up until then, they had not seen any mice or droppings in the property. When the guests communicated with us their concerns about the loud neighbors in the surrounding area, they said it seemed as if they were partying until 4 am. We apologized to them that this was taking place during their stay, noted their concern and informed them that unfortunately we did not have control over the other properties in the area nor the guest that stay in them. At the time we advised them of the local law enforcement phone number and recommended them to call the next time the neighbors are violating the noise ordinance in the community. We greatly appreciate and welcome all feedback from our guests. We have managed this property for a long time now and have not had any of the mentioned concerns raised from our previous guests (and from guests after that). We want nothing more than for each and every one of our guests to have a wonderful time with good experiences, during their stay at our properties. With that said it is unfortunate that they had a few experiences during their stay that were beyond our control. We always try our best to respond to our guests concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. The concerns that they expressed to us during your stay were rectified appropriately.

This was a great place to stay and close to the Disney properties. Lots of space and well taken care of. A few knit picky complaints would be remote control batteries for the tvs died early in our stay with no replacements. Also, the dryer made a terrible high pitched squealing sound that made sleeping difficult for our children. Overall, I would recommend this place. However, if you don’t want to feel like you still have house work to do while staying and want the leisure of everything being taken care of for you then I would recommend a hotel.
Disappointed in outside furniture. Cushions were black with mold and unsuitable to sit on. Screen over pool area hanging down allowing squirrels or birds access. Tub faucet very unstable. Minor repairs and place would be A1.
Very nice well taken care of condo we used for a trip to Disney. Close enough to come back mid day and return for the night shift. Our 5 yr old loved both the home pool and the community pool/mini waterpark. Management company provided accurate detailed information for check-in. Highly recommend.
My family was happy with staying at this condo. It is within walking distance from the pool. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. My sons were disappointed the TVs in the bedrooms did not work. The resort pool and slides were perfect on hot days. It was the first time I had a private pool and my kids loved it. I am not sure if it is typical to ask renters to start a load of laundry before leaving. I wasn't expecting to have to buy detergent and do laundry, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
