Downtown Fruita Location! Come experience the small town, mountain bike, community of Fruita, CO. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Walk to nearby local favorites such as, Hot Tomato, Camilla's Cafe, and Copper Club Brewery. Bring your bike and explore the many trails Fruita has to offer.

Funky, fresh, and vibrant design. This building was one of the first hotels in Fruita in the 1900's, formally known as The White House Hotel. Our goal during renovations was to keep historic elements, while blending modern funky design and modern amenities for guests comfort. Original trim work lines the halls, exposed brick coal shoot in unit 3, and original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated with historic and modern elements makes this property truly unique.
Uniquely renovated 1 bed 1 bath apartment with kitchenette. Kitchenette includes double burner, convection oven and microwave oven for cooking. Oversized mini fridge provides freezer and extra refrigerator storage for your goods.

Our Favorite Go-To

Second stay at this wonderful place while visiting family in Fruita. Different room, but same great experience! Nice to be able to bring our dog with us to a place that’s clean and comfortable for all of us. Will book here again I’m sure!

Great Location

So close to the downtown area. Easy parking and entrance. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Excellent wifi service. Comfortable bed. Everything was great. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot in Fruita

This is a great building walking distance to everything in downtown Fruita: coffee, bike shops, Civic Center Park, restaurants, grocery store. The unit was in excellent condition, very clean. Plenty of parking and bike storage. It’s the best!

Great Place, Great Location

This property is fantastic! The unit and common areas were clean and comfortable. The location in downtown Fruita can’t be beat, and the secure bike storage makes it an ideal home base for exploring all the trails the area has to offer. Rebecca’s communication and clear instructions made check in and out a breeze. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place and fantastic trip

Great up to date property with lots of amenities that we needed (garage, laundry, coffee maker, bbq grille, etc.). Easy check in and clean property with very comfortable beds. Super convenient location and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere we wanted to (including the pickup for a Whole Enchilada trip!). Lots of space for 8 adults (4 couples) to spin up and wind down and feed. Vacations are always too short, we could've stayed 2-3 more days easily.

Great for bikers

The host was able to give us some great suggestions for local riding. The location was great for riding and to access downtown. We walked the few blocks to downtown for meals each day. The bike storage was awesome. It was great to not have to worry about what to do with the bikes overnight. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location, cute cute place, very well furnished. Only downside was the noisy air conditioner/heater in both living room and bedroom. Unable to sleep with the noise! Otherwise a perfect stay.

Great biking get away

This is a great option for a biking vacation. The bike storage is a huge plus and better than anyplace we've travelled to for bike trips. Our apartment was super clean, quiet, and in an excellent location, just a block from downtown shops and restaurants. A minor inconvenience was that none of the dishes in the kitchen were microwave safe. I've got to believe this is an oversight and can be easily remedied. We made due and prepared most of our meals without too much trouble. Overall, a great place in a great location. Highly recommend.

60% in fees & taxes on top of the $79 a night for a two night stay is ridiculous! Other than that the unit and the communication were great

Exactly as Listed

The MoJo in was great, and was exactly what the listing said it was. Everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed seeing the historical photos of the home in the hallway - looks like it has been a "hotel" for a long time. Recommend this place to others, and we will be staying again next time we are in the area. Thank you!

Clean cozy apartment

We loved staying here, apartment is within walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and bike shops and close driving distance to lots of biking. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again!
