Modern Bungalow in the Heart of Fruita

This Newly Updated 1905 Bungalow is centrally located in Downtown Fruita. The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with the purpose of creating the best short term rental experience possible.

The property offers a brand new kitchen, appliances, flooring, and bathroom. No details have missed including high-end furniture throughout along with a comfortable private outdoor patio with firepit. We also provide a lockable storage for all of your outdoor toys!

Located just a couple of blocks to Downtown Fruita our home offers an open floor plan with a nice blend from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is vaulted with custom cabinets and quartz countertops. All of the appliances are new with an induction stove top and LG appliances. The large Island provides seating for 4 and we also have a small table for 2.

The living room is super cozy with a sectional couch with a memory foam pull out mattress and comfortable chair. We also have a 70" Samsung QLED for evening entertainment after getting off of the trails!

Primary bedroom is vaulted and has a king bed and the secondary bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed and desk if you need to take care of any work while you are away.

The private fenced backyard offers a newly installed concrete patio with a comfortable outdoor couches and a gas fire pit. The covered front porch is a great spot in the afternoon with some lounger chairs.

We also provide a large secured shed to store any mountain bikes, etc...

Our quiet spot in Fruita provides a tranquil get away but super convenient with easy access to everything Fruita has to offer!

Awesome House and Patio

Great house just a short walk from Main Street shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a nice back patio with a shed to store bikes. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

The owner was very helpful and communicative. The property is beautiful and the kitchen appliances are well stocked. Comfortable beds in both rooms as well with plenty of extra blankets and pillow.

This is one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. The home was immaculate. I believe it had been renovated recently, because everything looked new. I am a big fan of comfortable living rooms. The couch was great for lounging. The TV was, btw, Huge.For biking: There is a locking shed in the backyard, we stored 4 bikes there easily, wit room for more. There is also a hose with spray nozzle to clean off the trail remnants of the day. And there is a front porch that gets afternoon sun with two chairs, ideal for post ride beers (as is the backyard).

Terrific Place

We were in Fruita for the Adventurefest Weekend and this VRBO was perfect. The location was accessible to everything we needed in town and to all of the trailheads nearby. The property was immaculate, modern and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Tony was very accommodating for special requests such as a late check out. It was a perfect weekend!

Cute and clean

The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Well stocked and ideally located for everything my family wanted to do. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had no issues and would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

Fruita Bike, Hike, and Relax!

We enjoyed this nicely remodeled house located easy walking distance from downtown and we found Fruita to be a nice pleasant place to hang out for a few days before our canoe trip down the green river in Utah. The locals were all friendly and helpful. Great restaurant and pub options too.! If we return to Fruita for more mountain biking we will for sure want to stay here again.!! Highly recommended!

Fun in Fruita!

This place is great! Just as described. The remodel is high quality and everything is brand new. Check in was a breeze and the owners are great about communicating. Very close to downtown and in a nice, quiet family neighborhood. I’ll definitely be back.

Graduation weekend!

We had a nice relaxing family weekend celebrating our son’s graduation. The house is great! It’s very stylish, super comfortable and well appointed, even has baggies for leftovers. The secure bike shed in the back was slick and made bike storage easy. Highly recommend this for your VRBO stay in Fruita.

Very nicely furnished & the very best of appliances. Could not have asked for more. Only problems were accessing TV, WIFI & the induction stovetop, but the property manager helped with some of those so all went well🤗

Amazing spot

Romantic getaway for Valentine’s weekend and this bungalow was everything we needed. Adorable, king bed is beyond comfy. My partner is 6’5 and neither one of us are “tiny” and finding a king bed can be difficult. We both slept likes babies. Sectional couch and ottoman with large TV made for great movie watching. Kitchen is well stocked with stuff for cooking. Too cold for outdoor space use.

Quiet stay near downtown Fruita

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita. The home was very well set up for our stay, had everything we needed. The outside could definitely use some upkeep but it was a windy and hot time while we were there. We went ahead and used the broom that was outside and the hose to clean up the back patio and gave the furniture a good spray off so we could enjoy some morning coffee outside. We did not sit out front but definitely a bit cobwebby and dirty out of there too. I know without someone living there those areas are hard to keep up. We would definitely return again though as the interior was really great, clean and comfortable!
