Comfy & Quiet

It is a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. We pretty much used the house for sleeping and doing laundry but it was the perfect place to come back to to relax!

This villa is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located in The Villages. Annie, the Property Manager, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only improvements we would suggest to the owner would be to provide their guests with an iron; an ironing board; plus a broom.

Beautiful Villa

We had a great staying in the beautiful and spotless clean house with all of the high quality of amenities of home! Ann is an excellent host. She responded my phones instantly. The house is centrally located and has access to plenty of shopping and eateries very close by. I will definitely be back! Thanks Annie!

The house was clean. There were just a couple of issues. The extra blanket on the closet was not clean but I just washed it and it was fine. The toilet brush placed by the toilet was dirty and should have been replaced. There were some crumbs on the bed but the sheets were clean. Other than those things, the house was fine.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

House is beautiful and well kept, provides all necessary amenities for cooking and just feeling at home especially when traveling with the family. Very quiet which is the best part - needed the peaceful surrounding. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who’s trying to get away.

Every year my son and I come down for my mother's birthday. This year we decided to rent a villa instead of staying in a hotel. Glad we did! This villa is beautiful! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We were able to park our car in the garage. Great in Florida. Keeps the car cooler! The kitchen has a k-cup coffee maker and there were k-cups supplied. We were very comfortable staying in this villa. Unfortunately, we won't be able to stay here next year. The owner changed it to a minimum of a 4 night stay and we only need it for 2. Too bad. They just lost a repeat customer.

Cozy villa!

The villa was very cozy. We were able to park our car in the garage which I prefer. Keeps it cooler. When we arrived we were very hot and sticky form the Florida humidity. So, we decided to take showers. The shower in the first bathroom was so difficult to figure out how to change it from tub to shower. You need to pull and hold down the ring under the tub spout for the shower to work. Ridiculous. Other than that, the villa was a great place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our week at this clean and comfortable home. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. If we are in the area again, we would definitely rent this home again.

Nicely renovated villa

This villa has been fully renovated and has lovely decor, comfortable beds and a new gas grill. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again.
