This condo was true to the listing and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were very peaceful. We saw a wild turkey, chipmunks, and some deer, and we even saw a buck one morning right outside the back window. We enjoyed the nice view of the mountainside and easy access to Grandfather mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. Otter Falls right nearby was a nice hike for our family one afternoon. We can't wait to come back again!

Location of condo is perfect. It is quiet and easy to drive to all the fun spots around the High Country. Check in and door keypad were easy and functional. Condo itself was comfortable and had plenty of space for our small family of 3. Living room furniture was a bit beat up, chair and sofa needed to be cleaned, dining table only had 2 chairs, and remotes for Roku were missing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Quiet and pet friendly

This is the second time staying at this condo. Its very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay again. We had some issues with the television and electricity in the kitchen. All was fixed and taken care of promptly.

The location to Boone was perfect! The condo was just right for the two of us and the bed was so comfortable. There was a minor snafu with housekeeping on arrival but the issue was immediately handled by Ricky/cleaning crew! He was great.

Comfortable home

Really enjoyed this condo, it was clean except a few stains on the living room carpet, grass out back needed cut and the curtain rod in the master bedroom was pulled away from the wall, but other than that is was a great place to stay

Peace in the Mountains

The location was amazing. We were close to all of the activities we had planned. Our dogs appreciated the walks they took through the mountains. The guest bathtub could have been cleaner. Much like the guest bed comforter looked unclean and hair was in the bed.

Excellent location to get to Banner Elk and Blowing Rock areas. Condo was very nice, I think the owner needs to do some upkeep on a couple of things. The property manager was excellent in our calls about a few things. I definitely would like to work with him, Ricky, again on another place in the area.

My family and I enjoyed the home. We were comfortable. The heater in the master bathroom was so nice! The master bed was also very nice! There were several broken items and areas where cleaning had been skipped over. Overall we were very happy with the home and would love to return if heading to that area again. The condo is nicely renovated and comfortable. Check in and check out processes were super easy. Unfortunately, the sofa bed had dirty linens left on it and there were no extra linens provided. We reached out to our host contact and never heard back.

Extremely comfortable

We stayed in the condo way more than anticipated because it was so well equipped and comfortable! We all enjoyed our time relaxing, that we went to the grocery store and opted to eat in, instead of going out, which in turn saved us a ton if money! I can’t say anything negative other than the check in wasn’t what was emailed, but the property manager quickly made it right. So thanks Rick! Wonderful experience and if we’re ever going ti visit the area again, we’ll definitely stay here!
