Located opposite Manly Wharf entertainment district, this chic apartment offers a walk to everything lifestyle. Enjoy its elevated, private & peaceful position overlooking soothing blue waters and Iconic Manly Pines. Being on what locals call ‘the sunset side of Manly’, the waterfront views are beautiful morning and night. Stroll to iconic restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques, and explore exquisite coastal scenic walks. Then make the most of its proximity to the sea by popping over the road for an afternoon swim in the netted ocean pool and, if you are lucky, you may even catch sight the little Fairy penguins that make this region of Manly so magical.

• The driveway leading to and from the garages is pretty tight - suitable for small cars only
• Looking for extended stays only.
• No ducted Air conditioning.
• There is no clothes dryer but horse rack provided as well as large communal clothes line.
