GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Nearby grocery options such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are about 10 minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are also convenient stops on the drive from the airport.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 10 minutes from the condo.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

We stayed in Tropical Breeze and absolutely loved our room. The view was beautiful and the fire table below we had breakfast at a just about every morning. The room was very clean. The only thing I would recommend would be to have a broom and dustpan in every room. The pool was wonderful and the property was quiet. Many times you felt like you had the place to yourself. Glen and Mary were very nice and always made sure you had your morning breakfasts. They were delicious. The banana bread is incredible as is the coffee.

Absolutely stunning property right on the white sand beach. Owner and the caretakers are right on the ground and always responsive to our needs. Very close to grocery store and wonderful restaurants on the East Side also.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cottages. Beautiful view, steps to the beach, delicious breakfast served on our lanai every morning. Pictures do not do it justice. You have to see it to believe how perfect it is!

Fantastic stay, location and services!
The Cottages on the East End is the ideal location on Grand Cayman. The East End is a quiet, low-key, picturesque location, with easy access to excellent restaurants, Rum Point beaches and excursions, nearby Wyndham and Morritt's resorts, and a manageable 40 drive to the bustling Georgetown.
The Cottages themselves are beautiful, spotlessly clean, roomy suites with a beachfront view of sunrises and turquoise waters. The pool is wonderful. The guest services are perfect, attending to all of our needs, and breakfast delivered to our patio every morning is awesome.
We will be back soon! Thank you!
