This little gem has everything you need to make your visit a lovely, enjoyable & easy experience. Inside, this sweet apartment is fully equipped with all of the essentials & necessities for a quiet evening in or as a base camp for other activities.
Located in the heart of Missoula, just around the corner from the renowned Good Food Store where local & organic fresh foods are plentiful & a delicious eatery is steps from your front door. A few blocks away are the bikeable and walkable 'River Trails' that wend along the Clark Fork River into downtown Missoula, the University of Montana, and everywhere in between.
We have hosted short term as well as long term guests including tourists, family of locals, Forest Service, film, medical & business professionals.
We welcome your pet upon approval.

Super nice apartment. Close to a very nice grocery store. Bike trail entrance in the neighborhood. Quiet complex equipped with everything you would need. This is our third year visiting. We look forward to our next visit. A great home away from home.

Just right stay

Quiet apartment, warm & comfy, with a respectfully hands-off host. We stayed several days, left and there were no checkout procedures, but everything was just right! Enough power/outlets in the bedroom & good kitchen amenities.

The apartment was adequate. The host was responsive when the internet did not work. The TV was sketchy. The bed was uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin, and there was occasional noise. I was taken aback by the list of cleaning requirements left on the table. Were we meant to do the cleaning for the next renters? Wereturn.leWere wecleaning?

Cute and cozy

Visiting family friends. Perfect base camp for 3 nights & so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Kitchen well stocked for just about anything you might want to cook. Very clean & comfortable. Off street parking.Good Food Store nearby. Owners promptly replied to questions. Overall great time! Would rent again. street.

It was a nicely styled yet comfortable space to be in. So many little touches that did truely make it feel like home (Books, DVDs, popcorn maker, who could ask for more!) I would love to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time in Missoula and the home was exactly as described, but even better. The home was spotless, had all the amenities we needed and had restaurants and bars and groceries within walking distance. We’d highly recommend it!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, and will choose it every time! The apartment is well appointed and had all I needed. The owner is very kind and responds so quickly! I love the Good Food Store actoss the street, too. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Missoula.

All we needed

Small but efficient apartment in a neighborhood within walking distance of great grocery store. Off street parking was helpful. We were rarely there as we were very busy in town but appreciated the long list of places to eat and things to do so thoughtfully left for us.

Perfect for a place to stay for a few (or quite a few) nights.

Okay, it's not a big house with a pool and many bedrooms and baths, so if you want that look elsewhere. This, however is a delightful small apartment comparable to nicer hotel rooms with the added features of a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and interesting (if somewhat eclectic) decorating. Squeaky clean. It is in a six unit apartment unit, but very quiet, parking right outside the back door, and little street noise. Highly recommended, and we will probably try to book again next year.

Perfect!

The place was cozy and clean, we felt right at home. It was in a perfect location to walk downtown, which we did daily to walk the river, visit Big Dipper, and some of the local breweries. Also quick and wasy access to hiking trails at all around the city. Easy freeway access made a day trip to Flathead Lake, Kalispell, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park. Exceeded our expectations, would happily stay again! Thank you for everything!

Our four generations have combined creative forces to offer this great little vacation gem. We have been blessed to live in beautiful Montana for 20 + years and continue to pinch ourselves daily. We come originally from the east & west coasts and spent 20 years in Alaska before finding our home in the Bitterroot Valley.
We have 3 daughters, our son-in-law, and our beautiful grandchildren living in Missoula.
We live in our country home 35 miles southeast of Missoula outside of Stevensville, MT.

Spending time with our children & grandchildren is high priority for us, besides finding Missoula a beautiful, active & compelling community. There is something to do every night if you want to go out and about, or stay at home and enjoy the cool summer & cozy winter nights. Missoula may be small by city standards but it has a huge heart that expresses itself in community events, Saturday & Sunday Farmers Markets, art, music, theatre, dance, Griz football, Osprey baseball, great food & beverages all abound.

Inside is a well appointed and cozy space filled with comfortable and interesting furnishings. Step outside and within minutes you are either in the heart of the bustling downtown area, hiking up Mount Jumbo, floating or fishing the Clark Fork, Bitterroot and Blackfoot Rivers or exploring, hiking or downhill/cross country skiing the Rattlesnake wilderness, Snowbowl, Lost Trail, Pattee Canyon or Blue Mountain. Entertainment, relaxation and exploration are only bounded by the imagination!
