Nicely furnished 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge and across from the Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen, 50 inch flat screen smart TV, stereo and wood burning fireplace that you can cozy around on the large sectional couch. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the loft features a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The master and the loft feature an en-suite private full bathroom. The loft has a work space desk which is great if you must do some remote working or schooling, with high speed WiFi! This light and bright condo has Mountain views and overlooks the community Tennis courts from the private balcony. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, laundry facilities, and a pool and BBQ area (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is pet friendly (one pet allowed upon approval). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Nice condo consistent with the pics. Not quite ski-in ski-out, but very walkable to the Eagle lift area. Would stay here again for sure.

Terrible Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stephanie was very unprofessional. She has no compassion or customer service skills and actually was rude in the way she spoke to guests in an unusual scenario of a mega storm. There was a blizzard and all HWYs closed 180 winds and white out blizzard. We have a dog and a pregnant wife and I called to see what can be done in terms of staying an extra day or in another suite she replied that it is not her job to help with anything, " You should know how checkouts work - get out outside whatever". Even though she is in guest services and said to get out at check time and that it's not her problem, "wait it out outside in the blizzard or book and stay 2-night minimum with her or find another hotel". "I am giving you an option". The HWY in/out was closed where is this confirmed guest coming from? didn't try to call them etc. Didn't try to find out if could stay 1 night in another suite. We already stayed beyond the minimum stay. She didn't do anything and was rude. Made my pregnant wife cry. We rushed to pack and our car got stuck three times getting out of the back road that wasn't plowed from many feet of snow from the blizzard. Will never book with this company again. At least speak nicely to your guests! This was a storm that hadn't been seen in 20 years, I told her HWYs are closed I have a dog with me and a pregnant wife and she lashed out. Terrible experience on top of not being able to go anywhere or be able to enjoy the mountain as it was closed. Before the trip, I shared this booking site with many friends as I thought it was a good find and now I am sharing this experience with them. Will never book with this company again and continue to share this feedback online with everyone/everywhere I can in regards to these properties that Escapia manages.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really like how clean and comfortable this property is and over all comfort. This was the first time I sayed in the main bedroom. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the mattress in that room. It is super soft. So soft that we took turns sleeping on the sofa.

Great spot

The on premise staff were very rude and unwelcoming, specifically a tall man with a ponytail. Other than the initial, horrible interaction, we had a very nice stay. The place was nice and close to town but far enough away.

Clean and cute cabin!

Everything was as advertised. Really great location, walking distance to Eagle lodge was awesome. The jacuzzi was covered in snow but it’s been an unprecedented year of snowfall so very understandable.

(and disgusting) The electricity kept blowing fuses, the 3 wall heaters are not working. When we plugged in the portable heater, all of the power kept going out. We were cold during the time we were in the condo, very disappointed in the lack of working heat. We had a less than expected experience staying there.

I wish we had been given more detailed directions to our condo. It said Summit 293... Summit is at least 6 large buildings with different names. We discovered we were in Dennison, and the garage entrance is on the other side of the complex. It took us over an hour just to find our condo and parking spot. This needs to be improved.

Great Location to Eagle

The location to Eagle is great, walk was okay, even in ski boots. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens. Unit had lots of games and the loft was great for the kids. Fireplace was very temperamental, bring duraflame logs and kindling. The unit was clean but bathroom floor had lots of hair on the floor. Coffee pot and dispenser were mismatched so we ended up with coffee everywhere and it took the property management over 24 hours to replace it with a working coffee pot. Overall the unit was fine, ran down and dated but not horrible.

The place was clean and the kitchen had everything one would need including an air fryer. We had an issue with a fuse that was fixed quickly during our stay. I would take 1 star off because like most places in Mammoth it could use a refresh.

Fun family condo

We enjoyed having family meals and hanging out in the hot tub and condo. Had a wonderful time with our adult children and family dogs after a full day of snowboarding and skiing. Excellent long weekend with the family

Pros:- Location - easy 8 minute walk to Eagle- Parking garage- Loft upstairs has it's own bathroom - Responsive management (shower drain was plugged and they fixed it quickly)Cons:- Mattress in master bedroom is TERRIBLE! It's like a marshmallow - folds in on all four sides when you lay down- Spas - there are several throughout the property but we only found one that was heated. Unfortunately the jets didn't work but at least it was hot.- Overpriced

Thanksgiving getaway

Me and my family stayed here for thanksgiving weekend. We arrived on thanksgiving day at 11 am we went to pick up the key to the apartment the told us the place not ready yet and they will call us when it’s ready, we went for some sitseeing did not hear anything from them since it was thanksgiving day and we were very tired from driving all day and want to make our thanksgiving dinner did go back at around 3.00 had to wait for around 20 minutes to get the key to the place. Wish they would have had better communication with us and the key pick up. We really enjoyed our stay in Mammoth the place was comfortable clean and relaxing with everything we needed for cooking dinner and breakfast.

Disappointing Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at The Summit in unit 293 from January 1 - January 4. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. Because of the busy week in Mammoth the unit was rented for $465/night. Upon arrival there was no internet access, we called the service provider and was told the bill hadn't been paid. Mammoth Reservations did help get this rectified but there was no service until day two of the stay. Also we were told there a hot tub in the complex. When we went to the hot tub near the unit, the gate was locked and we had to walk onto the street to gain access. Once we did, we removed the cover and it was dirty and completely unusable. We did not see anyone in the hot tub the entire three days we were there. We left this unit a day early. I've never written a negative review of a stay but I have to let others know, that this was completely overpriced for what it is.
