Absolute Beachfront home, nestled in rainforest and sand dunes... Wurtulla Beach is a family friendly, patrolled surf beach with 24/7 dog off leash area. This stylish, renovated beach home is the perfect destination for you to enjoy the magic of the Sunshine Coast.
Stroll or cycle along the coastal walkway between the house and the beach on the bikes provided, or simply relax by the pool.
This holiday home is an idyllic place for your family, friends and fur babies to make happy memories together.
We are very happy to advise that our property is now fully air conditioned - ducted through every room for your comfort during the cooler and warmer weather.
This home is one of those rare gems; a beautiful 4 bedroom home that backs onto the beach!. No busy road, no traffic noise, just the soothing sounds of the ocean and birdlife.

We are pet friendly, so your fur babies will be able to come and spend time on holidays with you. Easy access to the 24/7 dog friendly beach is just out the back gate.
The home backs onto Wurtulla Beach - patrolled beach. Flags and life guards are on duty on weekends and school holidays for September to April each year to ensure the safety of your family.
Looking north from the beach, you will see Point Cartwright or south - views of Moffat Headland.

We back straight onto the Coastal Walkway and bike path, so you can explore the coast from Buddina to Caloundra on the bikes supplied.

A 15 minute stroll south along the beach, will take you to Currimundi Lake - great swimming for the kids - cafes and picnic areas.

A 5 minute stroll north along the shaded walkway, will ring you to the brand new Bok Beach Estate. Here you will find family friendly shady BBQs, picnic areas, the trendy new Bocca Restaurant (be sure to book as they are ALWAYS busy) and a fantastic new water playground to entertain the kids.
We supply a beach trolley to cart all your belongings to make it super easy to head off for your picnic or BBQ. We are a 20 drive from Australia Zoo, 45 minutes to the beautiful hinterland Maleny and Montville, and 15 minutes from Sea Life Mooloolaba! 45 minutes to Noosa Beaches. Close to all Sunshine Coast amenities!

The property was very clean and was very dog friendly with dog bed, blanket and even dog treats. We loved the pool and used it every day. The host answered quickly and let us have early check in. We couldn't fault the place from the house, distance to beach and walkway to the kids park.

Had a wonderful stay at Anne’s beach house. Was met with a gorgeous welcome pack. House is incredibly well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location is amazing. We were on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Cafes up the road are fabulous too. Would definitely stay again.

This property is amazingly beautiful. The hosts have thought of everything. Pool toys, kids toys/games, pushbikes to cruise around the canopy board walk. Even a little trolley to cart beach items. Location is perfect. So close to the beach and easy access to shops.

Great Family Holiday

Perfect house for our staycation. 3 generations of our family and the house perfectly fitted all of us. Spacious living areas. Proximity to the beach was perfect also - short walk through the tropical forest, along the bike path and up the steps to Wurtulla Beach. Heaven!

Wonderful hosts, beautiful house (equiped with everything you need and more), amazing location, stunning beach! Everything we wanted and more. Beautiful holiday home

Anne was very attentive and made sure we we had everything we needed. The personalised message and gifts on arrival was a lovely touch. The house was a fantastic size for our three families and the proximity to the beach, venue 114 and restaurants was perfect for us. The only downside was our stay was too short. We all agree we will be returning in the future.

Family and friends getaway

We took a couple nights away for a 30th birthday, had family and young ones during the day and had friends over in the evening. The pool was stunning, took the easy access to the beach several times for a dip, and relaxed of an evening on the comfy furniture, all with the comfort of having our dogs with us in a fully fenced enclosure. Perfect for all ages, even with pets.

Little piece of paradise

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. Check in and communication was a breeze. Close to everything so didn’t need to drive anywhere. Catered for the whole family, including the dog with a bed, towel and treat. The little personal touches made us feel very welcome. Push bikes, and a beach trolley, umbrella, boogie boards, kids toys and beach play toys. Definitely will be returning for longer next time.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday

This wonderful property is ideally located near the beach and protected by sand dunes and beautiful shady forest. The weather did not allow any time on the beach but there was plenty to do walking along the coastal pathway and lazing around by the pool. I am reluctant to mention any negative but if you suffer from the heat the bedrooms do not benefit from aircon. There are fans for some relief.

Perfect Celebration for Husband's 60th birthday.

My family which included two small children and six adults stayed for two nights to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. I could not have selected better accommodation for this special occasion. The house was absolutely spotless, spacious and decorated with care and warmth. We cooked a celebratory dinner for my husband and the kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen I've encountered. The location is beautiful with bushland at the back and a lovely walk-way for easy access to the beach and cafes. This property definitely deserves a five star review and we hope to visit again one day soon.

We lived in our amazing beach house for over 20 years, but now with kids grown and us retired we have decided to invite guests to share our amazing place by the beach.
