The property has a secure garage for two cars and driveway parking for another car. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.

This is a very large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy: - 3 bathrooms - 2 lounge rooms (both downstairs) - 1 covered verandah (downstairs) - 2 huge decks (upstairs) - 3 dining tables (downstairs) - outdoor BBQ / Paella Gas Cooker - glistening pool - tropical garden - jetty - waterfront location
This is a unique property that allows you all to spend time together or to have some quiet alone time in one of the many private spaces here.
Air-conditioning The house has ducted air-conditioning and fans throughout. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment
Kitchen The kitchen is downstairs and is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.
Linen We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.
Consumables We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.
Pool The property has a glistening salt water pool. The pool is not heated, but is facing the north side of the house allowing it to heat up quickly.
Laundry The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT provide laundry detergent.
Internet We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
Specific to this house - Tv is set up for streaming services with your own account. There is no free to air service.

This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.

NO Parties/ Functions/ Gatherings - Visit ceased immediately, costs for additional cleaning/damage charged to guest. No additional guests permitted.
Late check out up to 60 minutes 1/4 daily fee charged and additional day charge thereafter. This does not allow additional time. Eviction imminent.
Damages/missing items or lost/unreturned keys will incur a cost for both the item and a service person to attend/fix/replace at cost to the guest.

Lovely Relaxing Weekend Away

There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $1000, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
