CONDO LAYOUT:

As you enter the main entrance you are welcomed with the kitchen and the dining area just to your left. Continue past the kitchen and you will see the main full bathroom straight ahead. Directly to your right is the first bedroom with a private queen bed. This room has a full closet and chest of drawers for your convenience. Expand from this room on your way to the living area. You have a nook to your right with a wonderful twin trundle bed for kiddos or guests. The large couch and love sofa are just ahead with a big screen TV for watching your favorite Netflix, Hulu, and related tv amenities.  In this living area to the back there is a sliding glass door that welcomes you to the elevated balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and feel secluded in the pine trees. Taking a hard right from the living area is the Master Bedroom with a queen bed as well. This is a master suite with its own private bathroom and enlarged bathtub.  A separate shower and double sink vanity are here for your comfort!

- Verse yourself on our cancellation policy- that is what we adhere to (covid etc.). We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance.

- QUIET HOURS STARTING AT 9PM! NO EXCEPTIONS. LOUD ACTIVITY WILL BE CAUSE FOR EVICTION AS THERE ARE NEIGHBORS CLOSE BY.

- Non-smoking residence (including outside)

- No Pets

- Must be 25 years old to reserve home

- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees

- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home

- Ask about extended stay rates
