Hi, we are a family of 2+2, quiet and easygoing. I'm a civil engineer and my wife is an accountant. We are living upstairs. We are aware that we can’t compete with the way you feel at your own home, but we’re do our best to come close. You've got your own access to the unit at all times.

This bright, stylish apartment is the perfect base to commute to CBD. Just 400m from the Redwood station. It is a downstairs unit of a 2-storey house. This contemporary living space, recently renovated, has everything to make you feel at home – large living room with TV, proper kitchen, heat pump, WiFi, washer and dryer, separate bathroom with shower, bedroom with queen size bed and a walk-in wardrobe.

There are a few Lemon and Kowhai Trees where a bunch of beautifully singing Tuis and a couple of Fantails like to hang around. Apart from that neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We appreciate your cooperation to keep it that way :) There is a 50m concrete driveway up with a grass strip in the middle. Please don't cut the corner, take a wide left turn onto the driveway and drive carefully upwards. There is a parking space at the top for you on the left hand side next to your entrance. There is ample room to reverse as well. When you leave please watch for pedestrians while crossing the footpath and also through the kerb onto the road.
