You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

The host sent detailed instructions for the check in which were easy to follow. The apartment had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfy and the building quiet. The location was central and near to lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

Good walkable location, well stocked kitchen area, comfortable furniture, nice linens. Our only minor issue was the internet could be spotty at times - not a big deal for our needs. Sarah has to be the best communicator we have ever encountered- written and photographic instructions for entry and appliances made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing location

Easy to walk to so much good food and stores. Really close to bus lines over the city and to the airport. Very walkable. Place is super cute and comfy with great views.

Perfect little spot

This cozy and quiet apartment was perfect for our short stay in Wellington and we got a great night's sleep. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and even let us keep our luggage there for a few extra hours because our ferry was delayed. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
