The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the valley as morning light fills the windows, framing Whistler and Blackcomb in crisp winter detail. You ease into the day with coffee in hand, watching the mountains shift from pale blue to silver while the warmth of the interior keeps the cold outside. By evening, steam rises from the hot tub as the air cools and the village lights begin to glow below.



This three-level townhouse in Blueberry Estates is designed for shared winter escapes, balancing open gathering spaces with private corners to unwind after long days on the slopes or trails. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the main level draw the landscape indoors, while an open-concept living area invites conversation, or quiet moments looking out over the valley. Doors open to the patio when weather allows, and the layout makes it easy for everyone to come together without feeling crowded.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, fully equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners after skiing. Granite counters and custom cabinetry provide plenty of workspace, with a breakfast bar for three and a dining table that seats eight nearby. Meals linger here easily, warmed by good food and the comfort of staying in.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels, offering space and privacy for up to eight guests. The upper-level loft primary bedroom features a queen bed, office space, TV, wardrobe, and a private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. On the lower level, the second bedroom has a king bed, built-in closets, and an indoor fireplace that adds welcome warmth on winter nights. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with direct access to the lower deck and hot tub, while the fourth bedroom is set with two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV. A full bathroom on this level serves the lower bedrooms, and a powder room on the main level adds convenience.



Comfort & convenience

An elevator connects all three floors, making moving between levels easy with luggage or ski gear. Heating, air conditioning, portable fans, and laundry facilities support both short and extended stays. WiFi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed, while multiple TVs provide relaxed entertainment in the evenings.



Outdoor living & parking

The lower deck features a hot tub where you can soak as snow falls softly around you, a favorite way to unwind after a cold day outside. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available when conditions allow. Parking includes a free garage space, additional driveway parking, and an EV charger, along with a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Blueberry Hill is a prestigious and tranquil neighbourhood nestled between Whistler Golf Course and Alta Lake. Just a short drive from both Whistler Village and Creekside, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and recreational activities. The area boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking both serenity and convenience.

• 5-minute walk to Valley Trail

• 30-minute walk to Whistler Village Gondola

• 25-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 30-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store

• 35-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the nearest golf course

Other Things to Note:

• Primary bedroom is an open loft. It is above the living room and does not offer privacy. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room do not have blinds. Early risers will love that sunlight will fill the open-plan bedroom from sunrise. If you prefer a darker sleeping environment, we recommend choosing one of the downstairs bedrooms instead.

• Security cameras. Please note that an exterior camera is installed at the property's front entrance

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

We celebrated our daughter’s mountain-top wedding and the home was a perfect place to host a small rehearsal dinner prepared by a local chef. Very spacious with a spectacular view of Blackcomb Mountain.

Amazing Property!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was immaculate and well appointed. Whistler Platinum customer service was excellent for any questions or concerns that we had. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the outdoor patio furniture. The space was perfectly cozy and comfortable for connecting with our family and we felt tucked away and peaceful in the location.

Beautiful spot, excellent location

The property is stunning - great views of Blackcomb and Whistler, lots of light, comfortable places to sit and congregate. The Blueberry location is terrific too, with easy access to the Village Trail, Alta Lake and more. The primary bedroom is open to the living area and kitchen below - it's comfortable as long as the people sleeping up there don't need a lot of privacy. The host made that very clear, so no surprises.Communication with Whistler Platinum was excellent - they respond within minutes and addressed any questions we raised. Definitely recommend this spot.

Amazing location, beautiful house

This house is an amazing spot, with incredible views and large, comfortable living space. The blueberry location is optimal and close to the trail, and of course walkable to the village. The place was optimal for 6 visitors, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. When we had a few requests of the Whistler Platinum team, they responded incredibly quickly and helpfully, and we'll definitely want to rent from them again. I would recommend this unit highly to small groups/families!

The ideal place for our family

The location of the house is ideally located halfway between Whistler Village and Creekside, so access to shops and restaurants is very easy. The home is well designed and built and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware you would need. It was a great place to relax and be with family after a day of skiing. We would highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing

There is absolutely nothing I can say that’s negative about this propety. It’s stunning inside, modern and the location is perfect. The views out the massive high windows look like something out of a fairy tale. Since it is 3 levels the elevator really helped get the luggage up and down. Price wise, for everything it offered, it was a fantastic value. Having a place of this quality enhanced our entire experience in Whistler. We’ve stayed a many very nice home rentals and this was by far our best experience.

Fantastic property

We had a fabulous family vacation at this beautiful property. The views are incredible and we so enjoyed the cozy living space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved soaking in the hot tub every evening.

Luxury in a Serene and Private Setting

This place is beautiful! Stayed here with friends for a weekend getaway and it felt like a 5* accommodation. The windows are the main feature with expansive views of nature and both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The check-in (digital) and access was easy with clear instructions. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is well-stocked with everything you need, including a vitamix! Bathrooms were spa-like and the fluffy towels and luxury-brand shampoo/conditioner/soaps were a nice touch. The Valley Trail is right out the back door and easily accessed a few houses up the street. I would stay here again!

Great spot!

Amazing place within riding distance to the village. Huge 2 story windows looking out over the forest paired with super comfy beds made this place a great retreat. Property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions I had made for a stress free stay. Big garage with multi spot drying rack was a nice little bonus as it was a bit rainy during our stay. Blackcomb views from the hot tub was a nice way to end the night also.

Great spot

Very cool house within riding distance from the hill. Spectacular views from the main room with 2 story windows, super comfy beds and a nice big hot tub with views of Blackcomb. Loft master was different, but views out the back was worth it. Lower floor bedrooms were all really nice also. Big garage with a multi spot drying rack was a very nice touch. Would stay again for sure.
