Included with a full kitchen, “Always Summertime” is updated with beautiful quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and shaker cabinets. The kitchen has ample room to cook and a designated eating space with barstools.

Immediately to your left of the kitchen, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and a closet.

Down the hallway from the room with the twin beds is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

At the very end of the hallway is a closet that has both a washer and dryer.

Off of the kitchen is the dining and living room, this area has a full dining table fit for 6 and a spacious living room with a TV and comfortable sleeper sofa.

Past the living room is the most unique enclosed lanai where you can sit and enjoy your beautiful gulf view.

Off of the living room to your left is the master bedroom and bathroom. This room has a king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This space even has an amazing walk-in closet as well as a sliding glass door that exits and enters the enclosed lanai.

“Always Summertime” is located in a complex that has both full tennis courts and a pool, the new onsite pickleball courts are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM -12:30 PM. Located two blocks from the condo complex is the Santini Mariana Plaza where there are multiple places you can shop and dine at!

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
