Perfect location for a quiet beach vacation

Great relaxing family destination

Stayed with my husband and 6 year old daughter and it was perfect. Great pool (never crowded), easy beach access with lots of towels, plus chairs, umbrella and wagon in storage area to use. We loved grilling for dinner, and we spent a LOT of time on the enclosed patio, so lovely. Very convenient to be able to walk to the CVS across the street, Publix was a quick drive, and the trolley stopped right by the complex to take us to the busier Times Square. Yes, there was some rebuilding happening next door after Ian but it never bothered us.The place was clean, lots of pots, pans, etc to use in the kitchen. The only thing that might have been improved was the stock of toiletries - the toilet paper and shower supplies felt like a bit of an after thought.

After a big hurricane couple years ago the area is slowly rebuilding. Demolition of building next door was annoying, but will someday come to an end. This condo could use a little TLC and updating.

A great View

Such a beautiful view at this location. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony. Condo was clean and well taken care of. The facility itself is still having some work done to bring it back to 100% from hurricane Ian but seems to be moving along quite well. We would absolutely stay here again.

The beach is much quieter on this end. It was very nice. It was a long walk to the beach. The condo was nicely stocked with kitchen items and cookware. It was clean and as advertised. The owner was very responsive when I texted.

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Oct - Nov 2023. We have travelled to Fort Myers for the past 10+ years. We have had a good experience at all of our other rentals. This one was extremely disappointing. We had book this place months in advance. We were informed by the owner 2 weeks before our trip that the elevator was not working and the pool was not operational. He hinted that the elevator would be fixed prior to our stay. In the listing, these facts were not included. In speaking to some of the residents, there was no chance that the elevator would have been repaired prior to our arrival. By waiting to 2 weeks before our stay, we were not able to locate another comparable place. He misled us! He knew about these issues, but decided to withhold this information. Needless to say, if we had known, we would have never rented this place. Here are the other list of problems: Washer in unit was not available. Water from washer was leaking and flooded the unit below. Garbage disposal in sink did not work. As result we were not able to prepare meals after buying about $200 worth of groceries. Trash chute not available. Storm shutter on one side of lanai inoperable. Nails all over the parking lot. Pots and pans were not clean. Extremely low water pressure in the shower, just a trickle. As a result, we asked the owner for a discount. He refused. He took our money, and we got a substandard condo.

Quick visit

We had a nice time at the condo. We were only there 4 days. The furnishings and beds were very comfy and it was so nice to have an ice maker 😁. Very short walk to a nice beach, we also visited Lovers Key and Sanibel. It was rainy and the cushions were hard to keep dry but we appreciated the screened-in balcony and plenty of beach toys,chairs, cooler and towels.

What a beautiful clean condo! Owner was very helpful with info he provided. He always responded to our texts! Only problem we had is that we are older, and even though it is located on the beach, the walk to get to water was about a 5 minute walk for us. The owner was very upfront about that too! Even with that, we had a lovely vacation!

Loved it

We loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to shops and resturants across the street or go to Pinchers next door. Each night we sat on the balcony watching the sunset and listened to live music. Communication with the owner was great. We would for sure stay here again! We love Fort Myers Beach!

Our Oasis

South end (quiet end) of Fort Meyers Beach. Great views of the golf and expansive beach area. The building and grounds are very well kept, but not "Stuffy". Our condo was very clean and mostly updated. You can tell that the building has been there for a while, but everything is well kept, mostly updated and very clean. Pinchers Tiki Bar/Restaurant right next door was an added plus for us. Music stops at 9pm, so our only issue was that it stopped too soon! :) Convenient shopping center directly across the street and a grocery store only 5 minutes away. Less traffic at this end of the island. It could get very congested toward the north end. We loved the location and the condo! My wife and I are in our mid 50's and our two "kids" are in their early 20's, so this location hit the sweet spot of not to "loud" and "busy", but also not too "quiet".

I always dreamed to have a place on the beach to go to. From the very first time I traveled to Fort Myers Beach I fell in love with the area. It is the greatest place to go and relax and not worry about a thing and just have fun. Great restaurants and so many fun activities to do. Plus I love the Beach and water sports.
