Relax in Your Lazi Seaside Space
Walk into a beautiful open layout with a living room flavored with cream couches framing a mounted television. Yes, those large windows and ceiling fans do make this the perfect "napping corner" on a lazy afternoon. The home's spacious kitchen is in view as you make you way further into the property from the living room. Bordered by windows, the condo's large kitchen is defined by its oversized, two-tier island. Warm wood cabinetry with stone-topped counters and full-sized appliances in stainless steel make this feel like a chef's dream. The kitchen is stocked with its own refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, double-basin sink and coffee maker. Three stylish pendant lights hang down over the center island that provides seating for three. Sit down for a family dinner or board games at the nearby dining table that seats 6. A double-door closet located just off of the kitchen conceals a full-sized washer-and-dryer set perfect for light packers!

Lazi Seahorse's lovely outdoor balcony can be accessed just off the kitchen area. It beckons you to enjoy the fresh ocean air with a comfortable patio set shaded by an overhang. This private outdoor space offers views of the idyllic seaside neighborhood that surrounds your beach rental.

When you are ready to settle in to recharge for your next day of adventure, choose from one of the two spacious bedrooms. The home's first bedroom features a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. Enjoy catching up on your favorite book with the two bedside lamps. This bedroom also boasts a tray ceiling with ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, and mounted flatscreen television. Saunter into a bathroom covered in gorgeous tilework with a stone-topped vanity and stunning, all-glass shower with relaxing rainfall shower head. The home's second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a dresser, night stands with a reading lamp, ceiling fan, and mounted flatscreen television. The second bathroom of the home is conveniently accessible from both second bedroom and the hallway. This bathroom has a shower-tub combo which is great for the little ones. Additional sleeping space is offered by the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The property comes with a covered parking space for 2 vehicles beneath the building. Please note: the parking space is narrow, so overly large vehicles will not fit.The building is tucked away on a quiet street just off of the bustling South side of the island. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
