House was great really enjoyed the fire pit and grill it was nice being able to sit next to the pond

It was great located between almost all the attractions for the kids the zoo the rodeo it really made things pleasant

Excellent family location

Comfortable and plenty of space for a family of 6. The kids loved the pool. The location was very good, in a quiet residential area about a 20-25 minute drive to most sites of interest in Tampa (but much closer to the state fairgrounds and amphitheater). We had a great time and would definitely recommend/stay again!

Perfect location

This home was in a perfect location for our family while visiting the Tampa area. The house is spacious and very clean with a well appointed kitchen. The pool was absolute heaven and the kids favorite place to hang out. We look forward to future visits to Tampa and would love to stay here again.

Tampa getaway

Great home in a great location. All the fun things to do in the Tampa area are a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the screened in pool. Hosts were friendly and helpful during check in and out. Would stay again when we dome back.

Daughter college graduation

The property was perfect, all of my family fit easily and was a beautiful home. Grounds are beautiful and the pool is nice and warm. Even though we had cold weather the house and grounds were perfect. We all had a good time! Thank you.

Very Nice and Extremely Clean Home - Perfect for our Needs

We booked the Oak house for our annual strategic planning meeting for our business. We had someone join us from out of town who stayed overnight. This was a perfect home for our needs. We did business around the kitchen table and there was plenty of room in the living room for us to gather and have discussion. This home was extremely clean. The kitchen was bright and cheerful. The kitchen window looks out into the heated pool area and the nice lake beyond that. We were very pleased with this stay and will book again. Highly Recommend.

Excellent, enjoyable vacation home

I have rented at least a dozen or so homes in the past but this house in Brandon, Florida was simply the best. This house is located in one of the nicest, quietest, residential communities I’ve ever been to. This house is not a cookie cutter. Every room has something special and charming about it. Truly amazing from the beautiful bedrooms and large balconies overlooking the pool to everything one needs to spend a restful, relaxing week with family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom, including shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. Simply amazing! Reaching out to the owners and booking the house is extremely easy. Every time I needed something or I had a question they responded to me right away. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to simply enjoy nature, family and life, I recommend this house and I’ll definitely be back.

R & R to the max

The neighborhood, house, amenities were all great. I would have liked to have a smoking section a little closer than the picnic area or the sidewalk. But I dealt with it, because those were the rules. The house was fully stocked with anything we may have forgotten. I would stay here again.
