We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very clean and well-stocked with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and only a short drive to restaurants and activities. There were a few minor issues during our stay. The bed in one of the rooms upstairs was quite squeaky and the toilet in that same room was running constantly which was a little bothersome. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this home to others!

Property was very well stocked, maintained and clean. Rooms were very nicely distributed and comfortable. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. A very nice experience for the entire group.Suggestions to make it perfect: please provide blackout curtains for bedrooms. The family room upstairs could use some table or video games. Some drawers in the bedroom downstairs need to be fixed. Cushions on patio furniture may need some updating.Overall, I would rent this house again and recommend to others.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the modern aesthetics of this house and the quality custom build the house had. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood where we see huge value increase over the next few years.

We are also sports fans and concert goers, so when we saw that the house is in walking distance of Raymond James stadium, we fell in love.

What makes this property unique

The Tampa House is centrally located to provide convenient access to everything in and around the Tampa area. Whether it is to see a professional sport or to take in a concert, everything is within minutes from the house. Besides all the attractions, the Tampa House is also close to the Tampa Airport and business districts, making it an ideal location for whether you are in town for business or leisure.
