This massive, spectacular, fully-furnished and equipped vacation home, in an exclusive, gated-community, is minutes from the pristine sandy beaches of Lake Huron, a short walk to downtown Grand Bend, and your oasis for summer luxury living. Surrounded by forests, abundant hiking trails, rivers and fresh air. It has a huge private garden with outdoor showers, playsets for the kids, BBQ and ample space for private relaxation. Come and enjoy your summer getaway in peace, privacy and beauty. This welcoming, spacious and high-end home is perfect for one large, or two medium-sized families to share. Our home is a 2 minute walk to our private community beach (Grand Bend public beach is a 5 minute drive). Families strongly preferred. No party-ers or long-weekenders.

The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The dining room chairs are in need of a deep cleaning or reupholstering as they are very soiled. Our stay was most enjoyable being in a great location and equipped with everything we needed.

The house was absolutely stunning and finished to a very high standard. The interior was spacious it absolutely immaculate.. we loved the setting of the house as it was very peaceful and close to the beautiful beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive.. we would definitely return to this stunning home.

Beautiful vacation home!

This vacation home is modern, fully equipped, and spacious. My family of eleven had plenty of room to rest and relax. Our grand children enjoyed the bikes and playground equipment. We roasted s’mores in the fire pit and cooked steaks and burgers on the grill. It was a short walk to the private beach with beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and will book again soon.

Stay was very nice - not the property issue, but given the unusual 60F degree temps in August a hot tub would have been a great addition to the property.

Grand Bend gem

The property is exactly as presented and was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 grandchildren for our stay. Everyone had a great experience and we will definitely plan a return visit.

Fabulous stay

The house was beautiful, spacious and really well kept. It was exactly as presented in the listing. We had several questions prior to arriving and Hisham answered quickly. We felt safe in this gated community and the beach and lake were fabulous. The kids (everyone, really!) had a great time in the water. The outdoor showers were great to clean off after the beach and we used the firepit every night. The kitchen was well laid out, large and well equipped. Although there’s only 1 shower for 6 bedrooms, the other baths all had a hand shower in the bathtubs, so no issues there. And….no running out of hot water with an “on demand” water heater. It was a great week —everyone enjoyed the cottage. It’s a great location. Thanks !!

Amazing Family Vacation

The property is amazing and true to the photos. It was so great to have the kids occupied on the climbing structure while adults could cook! The location is so close to a very gorgeous beach. And the house comes with everything you would need for a beach day, including umbrellas, chairs toys and even a wagon to get it all down there! The large size of the house was great, the two living rooms upstairs gave kids a place to colour and the basement was so big they could run around in it. All 6 bedrooms are great. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home- Absolutely Stunning and Clean

We loved our week at Hisham’s property. The home is as beautiful in person as it is online. It was so clean! Warm and inviting! The beach is the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to many globally! We will definitely be back!

Summer Getaway

Really nice property and a great location. The private beach just a short walk away. The cottage was well stocked with lots of towels and kitchen supplies as well as beach toys and kids bikes. The fire pit was nice to have and the kids loved the climber. The property manager was really nice as well, while we didn’t call on him for anything, he did drop by to say hi and make sure everything was good with our stay. Would definitely return.

Great house

We very much enjoyed our week in Grand Bend. The house was lovely, well-appointed and had a great deal of space. The private beach was just down the street, had wonderful sand and was extremely private. If you didn’t know better you would think that you were somewhere in the Caribbean. We would definitely go back.

A great family getaway!

This was a beautiful & spacious home, perfect for our family of 6 along with some visiting family friends who also stayed a few nights. Lots of room & different spaces to hangout for both kids & adults. The home was clean upon arrival. The outside showers were ideal after coming back from our beach days. We appreciated not having to pack beach toys, chairs, & wagon as well. We’d love to come back!

Surprise 50th celebration.

We rented this home to surprise a friend for her 50th birthday. The home is a stunner! The photos depicted the property very accurately, it was spacious and comfortable for our group of 12, with all the amenities we needed for both house and beach. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Not an issue during warmer months, with the 2 outdoor showers, but only 1 shower between the 3 bathrooms (2 have bathtubs with handheld wands) could be problematic in the colder months with a full house.

Beautiful home cottage

Calling this place a “cottage” is an understatement. It’s a beautiful home in a gated community, surrounded by trees with a walking trail accessible from the back, and a short walk to a very clean, sandy beach that made us forget we were still in Ontario. We preferred the private beach to the main strip of Grand Bend because with young kids, the proximity, perfect sand and shallow water with gentle waves was much more convenient. We were able to bring food and drinks to enjoy there (though there are no trash cans - everything must be packed up and brought back home, which wasn’t a problem but was a bit unexpected). The house had lots of space both upstairs and downstairs, with fully furnished kitchens and entertaining areas on both floors. We loved the sun room, which also has its own TV and when the doors are closed we were impressed with how soundproof it was. The lower level of the house was on the cooler side, and I was glad I packed some long sleeved pajamas for the kids. The garage was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, a wagon and even some kids bikes. We really loved the outdoor showers - most of us showered outside for our entire week there. Hisham was very responsive and made some special accommodations for us which we appreciated. During our stay the property manager could be easily reached and was prompt with refilling our toilet paper, paper towels and brought over extra beach towels when we asked. We really loved our stay and already recommended it to some friends. We would be willing to book again in the future. Thanks so much for our great week away!

Beautiful property with lots of space and a short walk to the beach.

We really loved our time at Grand Bend. The house is fantastic with lots of space for the family to gather. Although there are 3 bathrooms, only 1 has a shower which is a bit annoying. However, there are 2 fabulous, private outdoor showers. We loved every minute!

Beautiful Home, Cleaning Job was Mediocre

My family stayed here with some extended family over New Year's (about 5 kids between 6 months and 12 years old + a bunch of adults). The place was great, it's a close walk to the beach and we can see how it would be even more amazing in the summer! Unfortunately the cleaning job done before our stay was not great (and maybe it wasn't done right before we arrived as nobody had stayed there just before us) - there was food splashed around the stove, a lot of dust in the basement, a few little house bugs under the microwave, etc...and we reached out to the owner as the property manager had suggested we let them know especially about the food stains in the kitchen, but never heard back which was a little disappointing. The property manager was very communicative though wasn't necessarily able to help figure a few things out like turning on the gas fireplace in the house - we also reached out to the owner but never heard back. We cleaned the mess and figured out the gas fireplace so were able to resolve those couple of immediate needs, and the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The house is beautiful and really well set up - agree with many of the other comments about wishing for another shower in the house (there were 3 baths and only one had an overhead shower head). Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place!
