This was a wonderful place to stay, clean, comfortable, relaxing, with all supplies needed. Great location. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow...

Wow.. what a way to spend the weekend with my adult kids. The condo was well laid out and located within minutes of the beach and all the local to dos. A couple things popped up, but the owner was quick with solutions that got us on track quickly. Overall awesome experience.. thank you..

Spring break getaway

The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. There were even games available for the kids to play. The views were beautiful and the location is close to everything. I would love to return in the summer months.

Wonderful condo in the heart of Manistee

We have stayed twice at this location. The condo is perfectly appointed, the views are beautiful and it is close to downtown Manistee. The owner is very quick to respond to any inquiry you might have. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and wonderful people to rent it from.

It was a great winter girls getaway, our ages ranging from 55 - 80. Went to the casino and dinner and it was a perfect location. Thanks for great memories!

Everything was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. My two young teens, husband and I enjoyed the spaciousness and comforts of home, yet an easy walk to the village amenities and 5th Avenue Beach. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo!

Beautiful Manistee condo

This beautiful condo is perfectly located close to downtown shopping and the beach. You will find everything you need from cozy blanket, a warming fireplace and a well appointed kitchen. My granddaughters loved playing with the dolls and the wide selection of games. Multiple balconies offer wonderful views and the complex surroundings are quiet and well maintained. A perfect place to stay!

The location of the condo was excellent. I wish I would have known it was 3 floors as I had 2 elderly people with me and they had trouble with the stairs. Also we had some issues with the cleanliness and the thermostat. But the owner was super nice and responded quickly.

Wonderful!

What a great place to stay! This is a very nicely appointed condo, the thoughtfulness of the owner really helped us to feel right at home. It was very clean and well decorated. The furniture and beds are of good quality and the size of the condo was more than adequate for our family of 6. I was also impressed with the level of home automation. The location is superb, within walking distance to downtown Manistee and a very short hike to a gorgeous Lake Michigan beach. It was nice not having to drive far to get anything we needed. We made extensive use of the community pools (both indoor and outdoor) and found them to be great too. The owners were very responsive to us whenever we had any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Highly recommended for families!

Perfect condo for a family looking to get away in a charming town! We loved the space and layout of the condo. We also greatly appreciated how the condo included puzzles, art supplies, games and even a few toys for kids! Our kids LOVED it because of this!!! Whenever a host goes the extra mile to accomodate for kids, we greatly appreciate it! It was also great having our own garage to park in! The condo has a small deck and balcony with great views. While we couldn't use them because of the snowy and cold weather, we definitely plan on booking again to take full advantage of the location. Host was responsive and attentive to our needs and quick to respond to our questions! We definitely plan on coming back during the warmer months! Great space in a fantastic location!

Nice Vacation Condo

We love Harbor Village and Manistee. There are lovely views from numerous windows - peekaboo view of Lake Michigan from master bedroom that also has a small deck off it to watch sunset or view star. Another quiet, private deck with pond view off living room. Plenty of kitchen items. Owner responsive to inquiries. Enjoyable visit.Only a few minor cons: While condo was generally clean, the carpet is very much in need of cleaning or replacing . .especially on 1st set of stairs. A floor mat at the entry door might be helpful. Musty smell throughout condo. Hot tub at outdoor pool inoperable . .I was told it had been that way all Summer . . this is not the owner's fault - HOA needs to get it fixed-caution tape up but little kids could easily fall in if not being watched. Very dangerous.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay! The views from the nooks and balconies were so relaxing. The Owner had everything that we needed in the condo, and communication was great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with a short walk or drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

Harbor Village

The property was very nice, as described, and very convenient to the beautiful 5th Avenue Beach. Senior visitors especially should take note that there are many stairs (this is disclosed in the description). The master bedroom could benefit from blackout shades as the morning light up north comes very early! Although the nightly rate was extremely reasonable when we stayed in May, there were $420 of fees added for damage protection, cleaning and service fees, so this amount was a bit of a surprise on final checkout. But all in all, a good experience, beautiful property and location.

Perfect for a relaxing girls weekend

We had a great stay. The beds were super comfy, plenty of couch space for us to hang out and binge watch tv and the table was large enough for us to eat/play games. We loved it and would love to come again in the future!

Beautiful Place

We traveled with our 5 kids up to Manistee for a quick getaway. We loved that this home had an indoor, community pool available to the kids. There was also a cute playground for the littles even though it had snow still this time of year. We got to watch the giant crane installing some of the Marina docks and got to the quaint theater downtown to see the Batman movie. We also went to the beach to see the ice on the water and pier as well. We went in the winter and had a great time so I can only imagine during the summer months would be even better. The home had everything you could need and plenty of space.
