This custom designed mid-century tri-level home is located in the desirable Highland Hills neighborhood. The home is a spectacular blend of comfort and style. Almost every room is bathed in natural light while being surrounded by greenery and trees.

Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

*This home has security cameras at the entrances to the home for security.

Sleeping Arrangements
★ Four bedrooms but five beds as one is the full trundle. It's not perfect for another couple but great for some kiddos.

Additional Property Information:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Really felt cozy and welcoming for our family to gather for the holidays. Plenty of space for sleeping and spreading out. Kitchen had everything we needed to round out our cooking. Felt at home. Plenty of useful items on hand which were appreciated at a busy time of year. Clean. Great instructions.

This is a beautiful property. Very welcoming starting with a well lit entrance. Beautiful dining table with plenty of room for entire family. Dont forget to check out the side yard with a grape vine covered dining area. No need to feel lost. You'll find a manuel with a list of restaurants and points of interest along with phone numbers and addresses.

This was such a great house. There were lots of options for sleeping and the house was a great size. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. We really felt like guests in someone’s well cared for home.

Great house and neighborhood

Our family of four spent 10 days at the house. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. House was perfect for us and it was nice to have the extra bedroom since we worked remotely for a few days (great wi-fi!). Very quiet neighborhood with walking distance to school playground. A favorite was the balcony off the master bedroom. Although the neighbors were close by you felt total privacy due to the lush landscape around the house.

What a great space in the Portland area

We had five people staying here for a few days while we visited the Portland and Oregon coast area a bit. The house is very well appointed and very comfortable whether its around the dining table or in the living room, or in the quieter downstairs family room and reading nook. Super comfortable vibe. There was some confusion about the address and at first ended up at the wrong house which was not a VRBO rental, but the rental company answered a call quickly and a few minutes later we were at the right place. We had three cars - a full size truck, a class C motorhome and a small SUV - parking which could've been a nightmare was a breeze - there were some rules about parking there but easily followed and gave us ample space and even out outside outlet to keep the RV fridge cool. I made a mistake when reserving and thought we had it a day longer than it actually was - the rental company was very cool and accommodating about initially wanting to add a day, but we ended up being out on the reserved timeline anyway. Kudos to them for being flexible - of course, that's not always possible. My only complaint, of course, are VRBO fees which they seem to come up with new ones and increase existing ones at every opportunity - but that is nothing against this house which was just perfect for our getaway to Oregon.

Felt Like Home

Stayed here with a group of friends while visiting another friend near Portland. We all loved this place, it was so cozy and perfectly located. Very clean and fairly priced. Will definitely look to book here again in the future next time we visit - thanks again!

Mid-Century Modern Retreat

We enjoyed our stay! Lovely home was the perfect space for our family. Kitchen had everything needed. Great dining space to dine and play games together. Basement a nice area to relax with enough room for everyone.

Peace of mind

This was such a lovely place to stay while visiting our son. CLEAN, everything you need to enjoy a house, comfortable beds, and all the extras you could ask for. This will be our home away from home whenever we come out to visit.

Beautiful House With Lots of Space!

A gorgeous house minutes from downtown Beaverton and Portland...lots of space with 4 bedrooms plus couch space if you have more. Plenty of lounging space with 2 large living rooms, both with big TVs and comfy couches. A well appointed and functional kitchen including coffee stuff, spices, and everything you need to cook for a houseful. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were there, but the backyard fire pit would be a nice place to sit and chat over a fire. Loved the house and would definitely rent again!

Convenient location

House was in a quiet neighborhood and the check in process was easy. It was well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes. The house was a little cluttered for my personal taste but was very clean and comfortable. There was an odd number of signs and instructions of do’s and don’ts. Overall I had a nice stay.

Our family group had such a lovely time at this property. They have a very cozy fire pit in the backyard with plenty of wood stalked in the shed. We lacked nothing. The management was very quick to answer any questions that we would have immediately. We highly recommend this place!!

Everything about the stay was excellent. Prior discussion with Itrip Northwest gave us the insights to know the property would meet our needs. Home away from home

This unit was well stocked, providing every item you might keep in your own home. All you had to do was add groceries to the kitchen, and you could prepare any meal with ease. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to, making this an ideal home for any Portland-based vacation.

Great Stay and location

Loved this house. The owners have special touches throughout the home and everything was very clean! Loved the location and walked both mornings half a mile to a coffee shop for lattes, danishes, and breakfast burritos.

Great stay

The house was in a great location, easy to drive to. It was very clean which is our #1 factor We had good space for 8 of us including 4 children. The cul de sac was great for the kids and we really enjoyed the back yard. The managers were very responsive to questions Everything worked well and it was very well equipped for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for a few days while exploring Portland & surrounding areas. The home is beautiful & fully stocked with all your basic home needs(towels, plenty of pots & pans for cooking a home meal, hand soap, towels etc). My oldest daughter had the lower level to herself and loved it. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend & stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you for having us!

Lovely home Quiet neighborhood

Grandkids loved having their own room with their own tv for the night they stayed with us. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We liked the toaster so much we ordered one for our house.

The Best Rental House I ever stayed in.

My brother and our adult family members traveled to Portland to celebrate the life of our dad. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. Every detail was thought of and the floor plan worked so well.. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the appliances and utensils were new. We will be back.
