This 1,136 square foot residence offers the comfort of a home with its spacious layout and well defined living spaces. Enjoy the luxury finishes, designer decor, and the convenience of staying in downtown Steamboat Springs. The residence open floor plan flows nicely from the entry area with built in bench and closet, past the in-residence laundry, powder room and study nook. The modern kitchen is sure to please any entertainer with sleek top of the line stainless steel appliances, rich cabinetry and stone countertops. The living space has gorgeous wood floors that run the length of the space, stylish metal surround fireplace features as a dramatic focal point of the room, offering a blend of contemporary and urban loft design elements. The living space also features large windows that bath the room in lovely natural light as well as offering views of the surrounding hillside and downtown area. The residence has a private deck which can be accessed from the living room and bedroom. The bedroom is well appointed with king bed, walk in closet, and stunning master bathroom with deep soaker tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. This well-presented residence offers modern interiors with warm and playful accents through western décor and artwork.

View of downtown and surrounding mountains was great. Parking extremely safe as it was secure. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, like a start of coffee, upgraded appliances, fireplace and especially view from balcony.

Horrible communication. Incorrect access code provided, locked out of property in unsafe alley. Check in details were not provided until we contacted them multiple times on the day of. Check out details were not provided what so ever. Seems like the employees have no idea what’s happening. When we asked any questions about further details, employees followed their statements up with a “not my problem” mindset. Sad excuse for a hospitality company.

Fabulous location, great layout, would stay again!

Great summertime visit! Large for a one bedroom, well stocked kitchen (thanks for the coffee!), great outdoor spaces. Wished we had been able to check in/out closer to the property, but the folks were VERY nice.

Beautiful spot, perfect location

The location of this condo in downtown Steamboat Springs is perfect for a ski vacation. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops, and then a quick (<10 minutes) drive to ski. Underground parking is a huge plus. Access to a ski locker at the gondola base area is also a huge plus. The condo itself is lovely and clean and a nice place to spend downtime. Would absolutely return!

Lovely visit

A very nice, upscale condo right downtown. Extremely well stocked kitchen, nice linens and deck. The only 'but' is we like to have windows open and the street facing unit is very noisy due to the traffic. We would gladly stay again in the building though not in a unit in the front!

January 2018 Stay

This was a lovely condo in a convenient downtown location. Street traffic was a bit loud especially in the bedroom (the white noise machine and fan helped block the noise) and the closet where the washer and dryer were had a odor. Very nice furnishings and it was nice to have housekeeping come in a couple of times while we were there.
