This ski in/ski out two bedroom condo has been recently renovated with new floors, paint, bathrooms, fireplace, and furniture, making it the perfect luxury ski getaway for families and couples!

California King beds in each bedroom, King Tempur-Pedic pull out in the living room. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym, and sauna also included!

This space is equipped with many amenities. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, King sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms include luxurious California King size beds. The private patio includes a grill and outdoor seating for four. Enjoy access to your own private ski-locker on the first floor of the unit.

Great ski trip

Property was clean and well equipped with all the basics needed for our stay. Charlie was super responsive to the one or two questions we had prior to our visit. The place was as advertised. As others have mentioned, you do have to walk about 100 meters to jump on the slopes but you can ski yourself all the way back to the condo door when you are done. There are a few restaurants and a small grocery store a 10 minute walk away. We also utilized the shuttle when going to the base area or downtown. It was easy to use and super convenient

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The owners were so responsive and provided great suggestions on things to do in the area. The ski in ski out was good! The home is clean, comfortable and modern with a great location. We can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful condo!

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. It had absolutely everything we could want in a rental. Ski in/ski out at Steamboat, great location within the complex, easy walk to apres ski and many restaurants, wonderful washer/dryer in the unit and a super comfortable pull out couch. Communication with the owners was so easy and check in was smooth. Parking was right next to the unit. We used the hot tubs most days after skiing too. We had such a wonderful time here skiing spring break at Steamboat!

Convenient

We were 2 couples in their 60’s at Steamboat for 4 days. It was great to have two king size beds and 2 full baths. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes and the shuttle service into town. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent location cozy condo

Our family stayed here for spring break ski trip. The ski in ski out access was great. The outdoor hot tubs with a view of the gondola were super fun to unwind in at the end of a long ski day. Beds were comfy, condo is clean. It’s a cozy, layout, but perfect for a family of four or five. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Fantastic!!!

My husband, our college age son, , our daughter, her husband and their 10 week old stayed in the condo. There are so many little touches that made it very comfortable from coffee filters, to bathroom spray 😊, to condiments in the fridge. The access to the slopes was awesome!! We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Decent condo with good location

we had a great family vacation in Steamboat with the help of this 'well-valued' condo. The recent renovation has helped it have a more modern look but it is still a bit dated in my opinion. Lighting was an issue but with 8ft. ceilings there were not many options. Though the bathrooms are small, the kitchen cramped, and the two king-size beds could use new mattresses/frames, overall it was a pleasant stay for the price per night for our family of four. The condo has many amenities and appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a convenient and secure ski/snowboard locker for your use as well. The ability to ski in and walk less than 20 yards to the condo unit's building was a plus; the ability to ski out though is questionable...we all had to walk about 250 steps up to get to the ski run... so I think it is more accurate it is ski in/ partial ski-out condo unit. The shuttle bus (free) was excellent and took us comfortably downtown or to the base of the resort. Finally, since my kids still had some school work, a good wifi was needed and fortunately, the signal was strong and dependable. The large-screen TVs are also a plus in this condo once you get used to their operation with the multitude of remotes. In summary, this renovated condo is a good value and its location to the mountain (nearly underneath the gondolas) makes it an easy choice to consider when staying at Steamboat.

Great Location, Great Condo!

We booked this, sight unseen (it was undergoing renovations) over the summer. We were thrilled with everything. The condo was comfortable with everything we could possible need. The location was ski in/ski out but you do have to skate a bit on skis and/or walk to get out on skis/snowboard, depending up on where you exit from. The front desk team was awesome at answering questions. The shuttle easy to access. Charlie is a fabulous host and we hope to stay again next year!

Fantastic - book this place!

It’s a fantastic property in an awesome location. The building is clean and well kept, but this unit is really a gem: well-appointed, comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace in the main room, and a well stocked kitchen. Each bedroom is generous in size (hello, king beds!), and the updates throughout are great, especially the bathrooms. The owner was super responsive when I asked a few questions. We will be back!

Nice Condo!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. You can tell that this place has been remodeled recently and our communication with Charlie (I believe he is the property manager?) was really swift. He was quick to respond and we felt taken care of during our stay. The couch was really comfortable and the condo is in an incredible location. Although we stayed here in the fall, we will definitely be back for some skiing, the condo is right under the main gondola. Thanks for the hospitality Charlie!
