Ski Ranch 204 is a comfortable condominium located a short 100-yard walk to the ski area base. Accommodating up to 6 guests it is a perfect family or group lodging option. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as living room with plenty of natural light, TV and DVD player, wood burning fireplace, and large private deck. There is a community hot tub and laundry facility at the property. You can also take advantage of the free city bus to get to the ski area or downtown, the stop is one block from the property.

Not the most updated of places, however, it had all the home necessities needed. The electric wall/floor heating elements were a bit finicky. Access to the slopes was great. Hot tub was cleaned when we arrived, gas grill available as well. There was actually two parking spot with this unit.

Great value for a very clean/quiet condominium.

The condo was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a loft with an additional two beds for kids/adults. Very short walk (about 10 min) to the main ski area. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults, would definitely recommend to others.

September 2018 Stay

Very Spacious Condo. We had called for fans in advance but still had to call Maintenance to deliver two upon arrival. Otherwise everything was truly lovely! Loved our stay

Great location, Great space, could use some upgrades.

We had a great time at Steamboat and enjoyed the condo! It was the perfect size for me and my wife, my daughter and son-in-law and their 2 boys. The location was very good and we were able to ski-in and ski-out to a point about one long block from the condo. The condo is very nice but it is not "fancy" and could use a few upgrades (new carpet, kitchen upgrades, etc.) All in all it was a good value! We have stayed there twice and would consider staying there again.

Location great, place not the best

Location and fireplace were the only things about this place that was good. We were stuck outside in the cold twice because the key pad wasn’t working, once inside things were broken, humidifier didn’t work, main shower was leaking, oven control panel was shoved inside the oven making it hard to use, the dishwasher didn’t open fully because the oven was in the way, no oil to cook so the old pots and pans smoked, kitchen utensils were not the best, a light outside was flashing all night right into both bedrooms making it hard to sleep and hot tub jets didn’t work. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for how much we paid.

Needs TLC

Nice layout but condo is older and a bit tired. kitchen is old and sparsely furnished. Drawers fall out when you open them, Pots missing lids, no dishpan/drying rack, 1 mixing/serving bowl, no cookie sheet or pizza pan. 2 drinking glasses- bring your own cups unless you like drinking everything from a coffee mug. Beds sagged to the point that we tried the mattress on the floor (didn’t help much). Burnt out or missing lightbulbs and broken lamp shades in multiple rooms. Had firewood but took maintenance 2 days to deliver fire starter kits - no matches or lighter in the unit. No view. Unit was one flight up, parking is very tight. 1/2 mile to gondola square but not walkable in the winter as no sidewalks. Limited free parking at ski base so get there early!

This was a nice location. It was a hilly 10-15 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Cons- No shuttle service Decor was very worn and dated- needs an upgrade Checkin process is difficult and far away

Great place to stay for a ski trip

This ended up being a pretty perfect condo for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of space to hang out, great hot tub, pretty short walk to the slopes. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for Steamboat Spring Skiing

We had a great stay at this property. My family had stayed here 2 times before and recommended it to me. It was so close to the base area/gondola for skiing (short 2-minute walk). The Condo was very well equipped for cooking, and had many extra blankets and pillows. The beds were great, and the fireplace was easy to light and use. We loved sitting on the deck to relax for a few minutes after a day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay, I will definitely be back!

Very nice early season stay!

The condo was very nice. Spacious, clean, good beds and well located relative to the mountain. Some aspects could use some updating - i.e. carpets; but overall a very nice condo and a good value.
