Quaint Location with plenty of charm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and checked on the hot tubbed as we arrived and made himself available if we needed anything else.

This is sucha great location in the hampton bays. Close by to everything. House is exactly as described. Paul is a great host, I would definitely rent again.

perfect hampton bays home

my family and i grew up coming to hampton bays - and while myself and my parents have moved away - a family wedding brought us back to the area and we were so happy to stay local in this perfect home. it felt great to be back in the old neighborhood and not have to be cramped at my brothers home just a short 5 minute drive away. i hope we can stay again during our next trip!

All went well, very charming home, close to town with everything you would need businesses. House manager was always available to answer all question and correct any issues. Home was neat and clean with fresh linens.

Eclectic Charm

Just returned from a great week at this home. Lots to do both in and outside of this home. Ocean beaches and great restaurants only minutes away. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities of the house - the outdoor grill, fire pit, jacuzzi and the large yard where we played spike ball and corn hole. Paul the owner was great came by to refresh the jacuzzi. He was easy to reach, responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely go back.

No hot water- Hampton Bays

Although the description stated the hot tub would not work until June, I was still disappointed to find out there was nothing we could do to get the hot tub working. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE, I had to shower at a hotel. We called Paul several times to try and figure this out. Very disappointing.

The homeowner would like to clarify the following: - We clearly state in our listing that the hot tub is unavailable until June 15 due to seasonal maintenance issues like pollen and falling debris, and we explained this when you asked to use it. While we understand your disappointment, we were unable to make exceptions to this policy and were concerned to find it had been uncovered and accessed without permission. - We’re truly sorry you experienced issues with the hot water and did our best to assist by responding to your calls and working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. - After your departure, we found significant damage to the property, including broken flower pots, confetti throughout the home, smoke-scented linens from fire pit use, and a piñata setup that left debris in the yard—all of which required extra cleaning and repairs. Thank you for your feedback—we’re always striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Homey Gem in the Hamptons

Our stay here was amazing! We had 3 couples stay in the 3 bedrooms, with plenty of living space indoors, outdoors, and in the screened porch. Everything was absolutely perfect and charming, and we were a 20 minute drive from a wedding that we were attending in Southhampton. We spent all of our downtime checking out the knicknacks in the screened porch, and lounging in the hot tub. The only slight bummer was that there was only 1 shower for the 6 of us, and we could've used some extra shampoo and stuff, but we brought our own so everything was great! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Eclectic Charm

We loved our time at this Hampton Bays home. There is so much to do in and around the house. The location was perfect with the ocean beaches and good restaurants only a short ride away. The spacious yard is perfect for a relaxing bbq or a competitive game of corn hole and spikeball. Paul, the home owner is great, easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely go back!
